NASH'S POV
I fluttered my eyes open, waking up to Cam snoring. I was snuggled in his chest, I looked up and saw his face, asleep, innocent and at peace. I pulled myself up and pecked his lips, his eyes began to open.
"Hey.." He groaned, god his morning voice is sexy.
"Hi." I smiled.
"So, golfing?" He stretched an yawned.
"Yup."
"Let's take a shower then." He sat up and kissed me. I got up, stripped, then Cam and I walked in the shower. This is the first time I've showered with someone, except when I was a kid. Me, Hayes and Will would shower together all the time, you know, kid stuff.
Taking a shower with Cam was one of the most-fun I've ever had, there wasn't really any sex, I wasn't in the mood. We'd rub each other's backs and splash water in each other's face. Every now and then he'd pin me to the wall, kiss me and rub my erection, then he'll pull away.
We changed and to our surprise, we had the same fashion sense: grey sweatpants and a white shirt. We looked at each other and chuckled.
We got in the car and mom was driving, yes mom was with us. Hayes was shotgun, me, Cam and Rachel respectively, at the back seat. I snuggled on Cam's chest and he put his arm around me.
I have to be honest, today, I'm not feeling that well. Yes, my leukemia just started attacking but there's something wrong. I'm not as active and energetic as I was before, but I'll do my best to be, for Cam, Rachel, and my family.
We arrive at this golf club, mom dealt with the stuff on the counter while us, the kids hang out on the seats they had.
"I've never seen you golf before." Hayes said.
"That's why I'm here, stupid." I smirked. He laughed and looked away.
"Rachel, this is Hayes, Hayes, this is Rachel." I introduced, the two haven't spoken for a while. They looked at each other and laughed.
"Come on kids, let's go!" My mom said in a surprisingly, enthusiastic manner.
We walked and headed to our golf course, got our clubs and Cam placed the ball on the red little thingy holding it up.
"Seems like you know what you're doing." I smiled, placing my arm around his waist.
"You can say that I'm pretty good at golf." He smirked.
"Really?" I teased and punched him playfully.
"Watch me." He said, I backed up, giving him some space.
He did this 'stance', then he swayed the club back and forth, back and forth.
Then he hit it.
We all watched the ball as it slowly made it's way to the hole, plopping itself inside.
Cam looked back at me and raised an eyebrow, oh it is on.
I smiled and pushed him aside, he ran to get the ball and tossed it to me. I placed it on the "tee" which is the little thing holding the ball up.
I imitated the stance Cam did, then swayed the club back and forth, back and forth.
I looked at the ball, then hit it as hard as I can, my whole body turned and I searched for the ball. I couldn't see it anywhere near the hole. Oh no, did I hit too hard? I looked back to where I started.
The ball was sitting there.
On the tee.
I missed.
How
Embarrassing.
Well, Hayes was the first one to burst laughing, then mom, then Rachel, then Cam. I was surprised that Cam didn't laugh that much, he just chuckled and walked towards me.
"Let me teach you." He whispered, coming up behind me, basically spooning me. He guides my arms and pushes my feet together. He swayed my arms back and forth, back and forth.
Then he hit it.
The ball plopped inside the hole again.
Okay, Cam is really good.
"Got it?" He asked. I shook my head.
"Better let our siblings play." He chuckled, wrapping his arm around me. we walked to where they were sitting.
The whole thing was fun, Hayes missed all of his tries except for three, and only two of those made it in the hole. Rachel wasn't bad herself, maybe it runs in the Dallas blood. Mom was really good too, she and Cam would go against each other. It's nice that they didn't take it so seriously, just laughing, mom would push Cam playfully a lot, but Cam didn't do anything to hurt my mom, even just a slight push, nothing. He gets how protective I am for my mom.
"Well, that was fun." Hayes said, putting his hands behind his head. We were walking from the court back to the car. Cam had his arm around me, as always. And Hayes and Rachel were walking beside each other now. I saw them talk when we were playing, but I can't say anything about them. Rachel's dating someone and Hayes is interested in someone else, Aaron. Yeah, he told me about that, a long time ago. Maybe a couple of weeks after Cam and I were officially dating. It's fine with me, I can't blame him.
You guys might be asking: where's Skylynn? Well, Sky has a play date with some of her friends and we asked Shawn to look over her, so everything's fine.
The ride home was another quiet one, and we were seated in the same seats, in the same arrangement. I still snuggled to Cam's chest with his arm around me. And I felt my eyes starting to close, and I drifted to sleep.
