NASH'S POV
I woke up to the familiar beeping again, I'm in the hospital, again. I wonder if the nurses are sick of seeing me already. I look around, my right hand was wrapped with bandages, I could remember that I was bruised by the glass. My left hand had a needle stuck to it. Hayes was sitting to my left, next to the heart monitor, playing games on his phone.
"Hey." I groaned, my voice is still kinda gone.
"Hey, how are you doing?" He asked, getting up.
"Fine. Where's mom?"
"Working."
"And where's Skylynn?"
"Still at her playdate, her friend's mom will drop her off here in about an hour."
"How about Cameron?"
"I haven't heard from him." Hayes said, looking down.
"O-okay..." I muttered, closed my eyes and went back to sleep.
A/N: Shortest chapter in history but this is just another filler because the next chapter is hella long.
