NASH'S POV
I woke up and I think it's the next day already, I checked my phone and it's ten in the morning. My heart's still heavy and I don't want to see, hear, or even smell Cam. I just need to get him off my mind for a while. I decided to call Shawn and spend the rest of the day with him.
"Shawn?" I asked as soon as he picked up.
"What's up Nash?"
"Cam and I got into another fight."
"Again? Is it about me?"
"No...It's a whole different thing."
"I'm guessing you want to talk about it?"
"Yeah.." i quietly answered.
"Sure, I'm pretty free for the day. Do you want to go to a mall, a park, a beach, wherever. You name it."
"Beach sounds nice.."
"Okay, I'll pick you up in an hour. And don't be fancy, just roll in shorts and a tank top, I'll be wearing that." He advised.
"Okay...See you Shawn." I said and ended the call. I look out the window and saw Cam still sleeping, the pain and anger sparked again. As I said, I need to get Cam off my mind, so I shut the blinds on my window, stripped and took a bath.

"So what happened with you and Cam?" Shawn asked, we were sitting on the white sand of the beach. Shawn was leaning on this tree while I lay down, resting my head on his lap. I won't lie, we probably looked like a couple. We got a lot of squeals from girls and looks from all kinds of people, girls, boys, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. This one old man literally spat at us because of what we were doing, screaming "You're going to hell!", which wasn't helping my situation with Cam.
"I saw Cam making out with a girl at a coffee shop, and he lied to me before that happened, telling me he was going to hang out with his high school friends." I explained.
"Maybe she was his high school friend."
"FriendS, Shawn. Friendsssss." I emphasized the "s". "And I didn't know you could make out with your 'high school friend' even if you're in a relationship with someone else." I continued.
"I'm sure he has a good reason."
"Shawn, are you siding with Cam?" I ask, looking at him.
"Not exactly.. But Nash, I know Cam. We know Cam. Cheating isn't something he would do, Cam's is a straight up decent man."
"Shawn..."
"Yup?"
"Remember when it happened?" I asked.
"Yeah.. Uhm.. why?"
"On that same night, Cam slept with Jack G."
"Are you serious?!"
"Yeah.."
"Woah...Cam has changed..a lot." Shawn said.
"I know.." I agreed. I looked up at him and he looked down, he grabbed my hand and held it tight.
"If you have any more problems, I'm here for you, Nash.. Always." He leaned down and kissed my forehead.
"Thanks Shawn." I smiled. "You're the best."
I looked at him for a while, okay I admit I kinda checked Shawn out and noticed his right nipple was sticking out his tank top.
"Nip slip." I giggled, tickling his nipple, he flinched and laughed, pulling my hand away. Soon after that, the laughter died and it was peaceful.
We hung around a little after that, not really talking to each other. I just wanted to breathe the fresh air, close my eyes and listen to the waves crash on the seashore. I'm sure we were still attracting attention.
"Are you guys brothers?" A female voice asked. I open my eyes and looked up, she was standing in front of Shawn and I.
"No, uhm. We're best friends." Shawn answered,
"Aww. Well, you two must be really close because you would actually make a really cute couple." She squealed, I just giggled and Shawn chuckled.
"Well actually he has a boyfriend and I have one. So we're just hanging out." Shawn explained.
"Oh well. I've actually been looking at the both of you for the past couple of minutes, and I'm not a stalker I promise." She joked. "I just want to say that don't give a shit of other people look at you all disgusted and shit. Because you can't please everyone and there are people who don't support the whole..you know..gay thing. But there are twice as many supporters of gay rights than the haters, so don't mind them. Well, I have to go and good luck to both of your boyfriends." She smiled and waved goodbye.
"Thanks." Shawn and I answered in unison with a smile.
After about twenty minutes it was getting dark and we decided to head home. Shawn dropped me off and as soon as I stepped off of Shawn's car, the pain was back. My heart was hurting again and I don't know why. I look over to Cam's house, I could hear the TV all the way here. It's probably his mom, his mom has hearing problems.
I got my keys from my back pocket and unlocked the door, and there stood someone who made my day.
There stood someone I've been waiting for.
There stood someone I missed.
There stood someone I loved.
"Will!"
