Chapter 51 - Impeccable

NASH'S POV

I woke up the next day to Cam bringing me a tray of pancakes and orange juice, he placed it on the table beside my bed as he crawled on top of me, giving me a kiss.

"Best boyfriend ever." I whispered, he chuckled, he took a bite of a pancake and transferred it from his mouth to mine.

"That was weird." I said, chewing on the delicious food. 

"Yeah..Let's not do that again." He laughed.

"Hey remember the place where I was going to take you for a date?" Cam asked.

"Which one? The one where I had a massive nosebleed before the date?" I questioned back.

"Yeah, that one."

"What about it?"

"I got us in, the four of us. So we could hang out with jox and you can tell them." He smiled. I gave him a long, passionate kiss and repeated the words "Best. "Boyfriend. Ever." 

After we ate, I checked on Hayes, and to my surprise, there he is, happily cuddled to Aaron. He is literally smiling with his head resting on Aaron's shoulder, Will isn't here, so he must've went out somewhere.

In the afternoon, the family gathered, me, Hayes, Will, Skylynn, and mom. Mom discussed on how she was planning to divorce dad, we weren't that devastated. We hated the man, so this is kind of good news to us. Skylynn didn't understand so she didn't listen, she was just walking and hopping on our laps, she would hug me and try to catch my attention but I would tell her that I'll play with her when mom's done talking.

The meeting was dismissed and Skylynn dragged me to her room. She made me sit down on the floor while she put scrunchies and rubber bands on my hair. She put some make-up on my face too. Hey, I think this is normal for big brothers out there. Anyway, I better just let her have fun, because I won't be here for long. When she finally dozed off, I tucked her in her bed. I walk to my room, then to my bathroom and took off the make-up Sky put on me. I dried my face with a towel and plopped on my bed, grabbing my phone. Cam was spending the day with Taylor and Carter today, I wasn't in the mood to go out of the house because my cheek still looks horrible so I passed on the occasion.

I decided to text jox about the date night.

"To: Mahogany Lox, Jacob Whitesides

Hey guys! Cam got the four of us a reservation at another restaurant, which serves homosexuals too ;) Anyways, I was wondering if you guys can come with us? Let's go on that double date we missed, it'll be fun! :) I really hope you guys can make it because I have something important to talk about. It's in two nights, and Cam will text you the details, the address, what to wear and all that. Text me back! :D #Jox4LYFE"

Then I got a text from David.

"From: David Remmington (Nurse)

Hi Nash, how are you feeling? You okay? I just wanted to remind you that I'll check on you tomorrow around ten in the morning, so that you won't have to wake up and walk to me groggily :P Anyway, see you tomorrow. Drink more liquids!" 

I admit it's weird when adults try to use smileys in texts, but I guess David's not that old. And he's a cool nurse.

Then I got a text from Shawn.

" From: Shawn Mendes

Hi Nash, can we hang out tomorrow? I'll pick you up at five in the afternoon, let's go to that beach again. Taylor broke up with me :'( I really need someone to talk to and it's pretty late now, so can we hang out tomorrow? Please, Nash. I really need someone to talk 

So I texted him back and told him we can hang tomorrow. Oh poor Shawn, he's so fragile and innocent. I feel really bad for him.
