Chapter 10

Y/N POV
I opened the door quickly, with my face burning red and sit on the couch as I wait for Tae to sit with me to start the project. I feel Tae sit next to me and stare at me as I look down at the table in front of me, it was silent for a couple minutes that I felt like I could choke in how tense the atmosphere felt. I shake of the feeling and look at Tae, who was simply staring at me, and smile at him; catching him off guard.

"Right, so we're going to be doing a project about the European Union, you know what that is right?" I look at Tae and he nods at me, I relax as we can get straight to work and avoid contact with each other.

"Uhm.. Can we go to your room? This sofa is really uncomfortable.." I hear Tae mumble to me. I freeze as my mind conjures up all the possible outcomes and scenarios that could come from being in my room. Oh please, what could possibly happen? He has a girlfriend anyway. I agree with Tae so we make our way to my room and sit together in my bed. The last time we had spent time alone was before he got together with Jessica, I really appreciate spending time with him it's rare now a days.  I grabbed all my supplies and reached out for my pen, at the same time Tae had reached out for a marker and being the foolish people we were spilt all the supplies on the floor. He can be so clumsy.
We both had to help clean up the mountain of pens we had created and make sure nothing was on the floor simply for my mums sake. As I bent down to pick up a pen, Tae had walked up behind me which meant my butt was against his crotch... I squealed and felt my face burning up as I turn to look at him. The look on his face was dark, he stared at me as I looked into his eyes trying to read the emotion he was expressing, when all of a sudden he pushed me up against the wall. I gasped in shock at his sudden behaviour.

"T-Tae! What are you doing!" I say confused. He kept quiet while staring down at my lips, I asked him the same question again and waited for an answer.

"Something I should've done a long time ago." Was the only thing he said before he forced his lips upon mine, his lips felt exactly how I expected them to be. Soft, super soft. I couldn't help but stand in shock before kissing back the boy I had loved for years. I was finally kissing him... Until I realised he doesn't love me but loves Jessica. I pushed him away and breathe heavily, Tae was also out of breath looking at me confused.

"Don't do this to me Tae... you don't want this, you have a girlfriend who you love and I have nobody so please.." I felt the tears build up in my eyes, Tae watched me silently his lips slightly open as if he was about to say something. But he never did. "Tae... leave please. I don't want you to be here right now, you're my best friend and this could effect our friendship in a negative way. So I need you to leave." Taehyung looks at me with a sad look in his eyes, I could tell the kiss bothered him. Tae walked out of the house slamming the door shut as I simply slid down against the wall sobbing. I should forget him. Let him be happy. Leave him to be with Jessica who loves him and would never hurt him. I should.. but I can't.. not when I've just gotten him back.
