Natsu's P.O.V

    What is wrong with me? No girl has ever made me this agitated before. I'm starting to forget what it's like to be satisfied when I hear females squeal my name whenever I enter a room. Don't get me wrong, that still happens, but something about Lucy is so different. Levy never acted like that around me which I was fine with since Gajeel would have killed me if he saw me toying with her. But something about the way Lucy acts is different, I may not flirt with Levy but she's still nice to me at least.

"Welcome home Sir Dragneel, I hope you are well?" My butler; Atlas bowed.

"Physically at least." I muttered, passing him.

"Have a good night sir." Atlas said and shuffled away.

"Happy?" I called.

    The blue cat scurried around a corner and rubbed against my pants. He meowed and then sat down at my feet. I smiled and bent down to pick him up.

"Y'know Natsu, sometimes it seems like that cat is the only living thing you're nice to." A maid smiled softly, stepping out of nowhere.

"Maybe." I chuckled, keeping my eyes on the small blue feline in my arms.

    The next morning my alarm woke me up and a maid was there, cleaning my room.

"Good morning master." She grinned.

"Morning." I yawned and slid out of bed.

"Breakfast is ready in the dining room, if you hurry, you'll be able to walk like you want." She smiled.

"Walking does sound a lot better than sitting in a car." I replied, getting slightly queasy at the thought of sitting in the family limo.

    Walking out of my room, I waved to my maid and then shuffled down to the kitchen. Happy popped out of nowhere and trotted beside me, I looked down at him and smiled.

    Once I got to school, some part of me wanted to immediately look for Lucy. However, I didn't know what mood she'd be in, so I ignored the urge and walked over to my locker.

"Did Lucy-chan finish the homework?" I heard a familiar-ish voice ask.

"Yeah, I did! Did you?" Lucy replied. She sounded pretty happy.

"Juvia was close to finishing but..." She started to mumble and when she went silent I heard Lucy giggle.

"That's so cute Juves, you two would be great together." She said.

"Think so?" Juvia beamed.

"I know so."

    I walked around the corner, ready to face Lucy's annoyed face. But to my surprise, she looked calm and she gave me a small smile.

"Good morning Natsu." She said.

    That was weird, I put the moves on her last night and now she's acting like we're best buddies and it never happened. I guess she was that kind of girl... I'll go along with it.

"Morning Lucy, Juvia." I nodded nonchalantly, looking away.

"Finish the homework?" Lucy asked. Was she actually trying to make small talk?

"Yeah, I had someone help me, a maid." I shrugged.

"So then, why do you need my help?" Lucy asked, I could sense the annoyance in her tone, there's the Lucy I know.
