Lucy's P.O.V

   When I got home, Loke had made dinner for us. It was really nice to have him back again. He took my bag and hung it up for me.

"Got any homework?" He asked kindly.

"No, I finished it all at school." I smiled.

"Nice." He winked.

    A soft knock on the door drew silence between us. I looked to Loke and smiled before walking over to open the door. A face I didn't want to see at the moment was there. 

"What do you want?" I asked relatively nicely.

"Look, I know you don't want to see me," He trailed off, looking at Loke and then snapped back to me. "But frankly, I still need tutoring."

"Why don't you go ask Lisanna? She went to study abroad didn't she? She must be a lot smarter than me." I frowned, folding my arms across my chest.

"I'm sorry." Natsu sighed.

"I wish I could forgive you Natsu, but I can't. I am sorry for calling you all those things but," I chuckled a little. "You kind of are."

"Yeah, I know, I can't ask for your forgiveness but... I can't ask Lisanna to help me, Mira told her everything and she feels awful because she didn't know I was dating you when I slept with her...Now she doesn't want to see or talk to me." Natsu sighed.

"I'll still help you but not tonight, I'm having dinner with Loke." I gestured to Loke.

"Oh." Natsu dropped.

"Well, I'll see you tomorrow I guess, have a nice night." I said, about to close the door.

"Wait, Lucy...I am really sorry about that, it was all my fault, I didn't listen and I can't take back what I did, but...I really do like you...a lot." Natsu confessed.

"I'm sorry, but...it's...it's too late." I replied and closed the door softly.

"Good job Lucy." Loke smiled as he sat down.

"Thanks...I guess, but, I think I'll eat later, I just want to rest for a little bit, okay?" I sighed and flopped down on my bed.

"Aren't you going to take off that sweater though?" Loke asked.

"Later..." I almost whispered, already drifting off into sleep.

...

I was in a bright field, my hand was being held in a warm one. We were running happily through the wheat which was strangely transforming into corn stalks. My hand was torn from my partner's and I heard them laugh. The chuckle was all too familiar.

"Natsu?" I asked.

"Come find me!" He called back playfully.

"Okay, I'm coming!" I giggled.

I ran through the plants and occasionally felt soft pokes but when I turned to look for where they came from, there was no one there.

"Natsu?" I called.

Suddenly, I knew he was gone. I couldn't feel his presence like before. But I didn't even know that I could sense his presence before. Tears fell from my face and the sky started to turn dark.

"Natsu! Come back! It's not funny!" I screamed into the darkness.

The darkness consumed me, I couldn't see the corn stalks anymore, as I was being pulled from the field, I looked back down and saw a little pink dot dashing around the maze. Completely oblivious to my absence.
