It was a very sunny Saturday – a month after Daniel's birthday – Rosemary and Daniel had nothing to do, while laying on Rosemary's king-sized bed in her ginormous room.
"How about the park?" Rosemary asked.
Daniel shook his head and said: "No, we went there last week."
"What about some other country?" Daniel suggested.
Rosemary shook her head: "I don't feel like travelling. And besides where could we go, we have been nearly everywhere." Rosemary said.
Daniel thought about the time they had travelled to Australia; they had seen so many different types of animals. 'That's it... Animals!' Daniel thought.
"How about we go to the zoo!?" Daniel asked excitingly.
"That sounds like a wonderful idea Dani. I will go tell daddy where we are headed. I will be back in a bit, with some muggle money. Don't worry I will pay for us both. Be ready when I get back." Rosemary said. Daniel didn't have time to protest about her paying – again – before she went off in search for her father. While Daniel was getting himself ready, Rosemary went to her father's office, since that was where he usually was working, with paperwork that consisted of signing papers and making laws for the wizarding world.
Rosemary went into her father's office, quietly. She didn't want to disturb her father in his work. Her father was sitting behind his desk, signing some papers. He looked up when he noticed the door opening.
"Rosemary sweetheart, what are you doing here?" He asked her curiously.
Rosemary walked closer to her father, and said: "Daddy, Daniel and I are going to the zoo. Can I please have some muggle money? We won't need much, it's just the zoo."
Rosemary's father looked at Rosemary and said: "Sweetheart, take as much money as you want. But remember you can't leave without Mason and Steve. You know that they are there to protect you."
Mason and Steve were Rosemary's bodyguards. She had many more than just those two, but she didn't want to have a handful of men following her everywhere, so her and her father agreed that she should at least take two of the best with her at all times when she was to leave her home.
Mason was a strong and intimidating looking werewolf. His looks were one of the things that made people stay away from him. He wasn't hideous for that matter; it was just the number of scars that were across his face and body everywhere, that made him look scary.
Steve on the other hand, looked a lot like Mason. He just wasn't a werewolf. Before he got the honour of working for the Costelles, he was a streetfighter. He lived in an orphanage where the caretakers were abusive and violent, one day he ran away and managed to live in the streets on his own. Both were extremely loyal to the Costelle family.
"Of course, daddy. I know not to leave without them. You can always count on me daddy!" Rosemary said looking at her father reassuringly. Charles Costelle didn't know why he reminded his daughter not to leave without Mason and Steve, he just felt that he had to reassure himself that his daughter would be safe at all times. She was after all, daddy's little girl.
"Meet Mason and Steve outside, they shall have the car ready for you," Rosemary nodded her head, "They have the muggle money. Sweetheart, don't stay out too late. Have fun, and give your old daddy a big hug." Charles said.
Rosemary smiled widely, and skipped over to give her father a hug. "See you later daddy." She kissed her father's cheek in goodbye, and went out of his office towards Daniel, so they both could go outside to the awaiting bodyguards.
Rosemary went back to Daniel in her room, and took him with her outside to the awaiting bodyguards.
Mason and Steve, stood waiting in front of a black coloured Mercedes car. They suddenly saw Rosemary coming towards them, they straightened themselves out and smoothed their hair. They couldn't appear untidy for the daughter of their boss. Of course, she wasn't just the daughter of their boss but also, she herself was their boss.
