Chapter 20

Sarah's P.O.V.
Ralf leads me down a long hallway with many doors and men walking around. This is a very fancy place or home because many panting and expensive decor decorate the hall. We finally com to an open room with chairs that has an open glass wall.
A table with two chairs sits outsides. David sits in one and I'm motioned to sit across from him and I do so. I look over the terrace and see we are In The woods. Birds chirp in the early morning sun. Even though it's winter it feels warm. I notice two big patio heaters placed on the both sides on the terrace.
"It's peaceful." David says.
"Why is everyone being nice to me now." I say emphasizing on now.
"We are sorry for the way we treated you." He says. A man comes in with a cart of food and begins to plate food for us. Soon I have a plate of eggs, bacon, pancakes, and fruit. A hot cup of coffee is also placed.
"Can I get you anything else?" The man, probably a butler now that I think about it, asks.
"I'm good thank you." I say and sip my coffee. It tastes so much better then what you buy in stores or at coffee houses.
"How long have you and Jason been engaged?" He asks right after I take a bite of food. I chew and swallow before answering.
"Christmas morning." I say.
"Lovely." He says with a sour tone.
"What is your deal anyway?" I ask eating more of the delicious food. I never thought food could be so good.
  "Nothing. I just wish my son would have gone worth the family plan. I took over the family business when my father offered it to me. I wanted Jason to do the same but he chose stupid tattoos." He grunts. I roll my eyes.
  "They aren't stupid. He's done two of mine." I say with a mouth full of food.
  "Whatever. Also I've told my men to let you have the living room up here on the second floor during the day so you won't get bored." He says.
  "Okay. Can they chill with the guns too?" I ask.
  "I'll talk to them. Also Ralf will mostly be with you." He says.
  "Okay." I say and continue eating. I eat all my food and wish I had more.
  "Why did you kidnap me?" I ask when we both finish.
  "To hopefully get the message through to Jason. Also to lure him here  so I can talk with him. Set up a deal." He says.
  "What kind of deal?" I ask raisin an eyebrow.
  "One that won't involve you." He says harshly. I roll my eyes and get up.
   "I want to go to the living room now." I say.
  "I'll walk you." David says getting up. We walk out of the terrace room and two rooms going the opposite direction we came from. A large living room with a big TV is gonna be all mine.

Jason's P.O.V.
    "I think they are in a house in the middle of nowhere. Somewhere around trees." One of our tech guys says as he clicks away on his computer. We've been here all night trying to hack into different networks. I even stopped by my fathers old house and found nothing.
  "Get and address so I can go." I say half demanding.
  "Here boss." He says handing me a paper.
  "I'm going with." Alex says behind me.
  "Fine. Grab guns for me and you. I'll meet you in the car." I say waking out. I go to our rigged SUV we keep. I climb in the seat and get impatient. I call Brandon.
"Update me." He says when he picks up.
"Going to get her now we found her." I say.
"Want me to come?" He asks.
"No. How's Kelsey?" I ask hoping she's okay.
"She's okay. I'll tell her this though hopefully it'll ease her more." He says with a sigh.
"Okay. Well I'll get back to you when I know more." I say.
"Be safe" he says and I hangup. Alex opens the door and hands me one of the hand guns and extra amo. I make sure the safety is on a put behind my back tucked in the waistband. I hope I won't have to use it.
  "Okay let's go." I say driving away.
  "Jason what's your plan?" Alex asks.
  "I have no clue. I just want to get Sarah." I say. I haven't thought this through at all. The second our tech guy had an address I couldn't help but just want to get to it. I want to get Sarah out as soon as possible.
I finally pull up to a mansion with black SUVs lining the driveway. I park mine a little farther out.
"Ready?" Alex says unbuckling. I take a few deep breaths and unbuckle as well.
"Lets go." I say. We walk fast to the door. I left my hand to ring the doorbell but they click of two guns stops me. I feel the cold barrel get shoved against my temple. Fuck.
"You loaded?" They ask us.
"Yeah." I say. I can see Alex shoot me a worried glance. I'd rather go a long with them then cause more problems. The faster I can get Sarah out the better.
"Okay. We are gonna take you inside. Your dad wants a word with you. Alex your sitting in a hold out room. The less you two corporate the more Sarah get hurt." The one holding Alex says. When the last sentence leaves his mouth I go stiff. The door gets open and I get shoved in, stumbling most of the time.
Zip ties get tied around our wrists and they take our guns. Alex gets led up the stairs and I'm shoved down a hallway. We come to a set of double doors, body guards standing on either side. Before the doors open I give myself a mental run down.
Don't. Fuck. This. Up.
