3rd P.O.V

Dean, inside the car, was driving his car while speaking on the phone with Larry.

"Yes, Mr. Pike, there's a mainline gas leak in your neighborhood." Dean said. "Well, it's fairly extensive. I don't want to alarm you, but we need your family out of the vicinity for at least twelve hours or so, just to be safe." Moment of silence. "Travis Weaver. I work for Oklahoma Gas and Power." Talking on the other side. "Uh..." Dean hung up before saying anything else.

Ellie rolled her eyes.

"Give me the phone." She demanded, she took the phone out of his hand and dialed a number.

"Hello?" Matt said on the other side of the phone.

"Matt, it's Ellie." She said.

Dean's eyebrow rose as he took in that Ellie had Matt's number. Then he remembered that Ellie had a girlfriend and let it go. Then he felt stupid for even thinking about it as Ellie was not into boys.

"Ellie, my backyard is crawling with cockroaches." Matt announced.

"Matt, just listen. You have to get your family out of that house right now, okay?" Ellie rushed out.

"What, why?"

Because we're having a party, obviously.

"Because something's coming." Ellie strained out, ignoring the annoying voice.

"More bugs?"

"Yeah, a lot more."

"My dad doesn't listen in the best of circumstances, what am I supposed to tell him?"

"You've gotta make him listen, okay?"

"Give me the phone," Dean said. "Give me the phone." He then just took it. "Matt, under no circumstances are you to tell the truth, they'll just think you're nuts. Tell him you have a sharp pain in your right side and you've gotta go to the hospital, okay?" Dean hung up and briefly looked at Ellie in disbelief. "Make him listen? What are you thinkin'?"

"Just drive." She snapped.

Moments later, they parked in front of Larry's house and noticed the family car still parked.  Larry, seeing the car, got out of gis house.

"Damn it, they're still here." Dean groaned.

"What, did you expect Larry to just leave quietly?" Ellie scoffed.

They got put of the car and Larry stormed over, followed by Mike.

"Get off my property before I call the cops." Larry warned.

"Mr. Pike, listen." Sam started.

"Dad, they're just tryin' to help." Matt tried.

"Get in the house!" Larry snapped at his son.

"I'm sorry." Matt told the hunters. "I told him the truth."

"We had a plan, Matt, what happened to the plan?" The eldest hunter stated.

"Look, it's 12:00 AM. They are coming any minute now." Ellie announced, briefly looking around. "You need to get your family and go, before it's too late."

"Yeah, you mean before the biblical swarm." Pike said angrily.

"Larry, what do you think really happened to that realtor, huh?" Dean said to make his point. "And the gas company guy? You don't think somethin' weird's goin' on here?"

"Look, I don't know who you are, but you're crazy. You come near my boy or my family again, and we're gonna have a problem."

"Well, I hate to be a downer, but we've got a problem right now."
