The Band School [A Band Fanfic]

Chapter 2

If you've read this far then thanks so much, it means a lot! I hope you're enjoying it. Could you imagine going to a school with such beautiful teachers and students? Argh the feels! So in this chapter Ingrid and Holly are going to get to know the rest of their class and teachers. Warning: large amounts of band members which could cause a fangirl attack. I hope you like it!

Chapter 2- Introductions

[Holly's POV]

Okay, my sister had definitely gone gaga for that Alex kid. I don't blame her, he was hot. Also they would be adorable together! I decided I was going to try and set them up, Ingrid never gets dates and I want her to so that it boosts her confidence. Whilst I was making a plan in my head about how they would ride off into the sunset on a unicorn our new teacher came in.

"Hello, class! I'm Mr Delonge," he chirped.

That was all I needed to hear. Who else in the world has the surname Delonge? I turned to Ingrid and she was staring, open mouthed at our tutor.

"Ingrid!" I hissed, "stop staring! You'll freak him out!"

"B- b- but it's-" she stammered.

Me and my sister both have the same sort of music taste. But she tends to prefer pop punk and I like hardcore although we listen to both. But as soon as Tom Delonge, the Blink-182 guitarist walked in I knew how much Ingrid was going to fangirl. Could you get anymore pop punk? I looked over at Ingrid again to see her, Alex and Jack whispering excitedly about Mr. Delonge. I smiled to myself, finally she was making friends.

"Okay class, I'm going to get someone to hand out your timetables and then we'll introduce ourselves to each other," Mr. Delonge informed us.

I was starting to like this new school already.

[Ingrid's POV]

Me, Alex and Jack could not stop fangirling all the way through our tutor period. I was so happy that I had some fellow Blink fans, especially because they were hot Blink fans! Mr Delonge sent a girl round with our timetables. She was quite tall with brown hair and glasses. We all had our name badges on our shirts and when she came and found me she grinned at my Green Day shirt.

"Awesome music taste, man!" She exclaimed.

"Thank you!" I said.

Then I noticed her Asking Alexandria shirt. I think I'd found another new friend.

"You like Asking?" She asked me.

"Yeah I love-" I was interrupted by Holly.

"Who's talking about AA?!" She squealed.

I chuckled at her as her and the girl started a conversation about bands. I can't believe I thought this school was going to be so bad! Then, we had to introduce ourselves. I have anxiety and I was so scared. I started shaking when it was almost time for my turn.

"Okay Alex, your turn," Mr. Delonge said.

Alex was before me in the register and when I turned to him I noticed that he was shaking too. Maybe he has anxiety like me? I wondered. The poor guy, I know how he feels.

"Oh, um okay.." He said shyly, "Err.. My name is Alex, I love music and this is my best friend Jack and he's- um.. He's awesome.."

Alex's shyness was adorable. And the way him and Jack were was cute in a way, you could tell how close they were as friends. Then it was my turn.

"Uhh.. I'm- I'm-" I stuttered. Some girls in the corner started giggling at me and I went bright red. Simultaneously, Holly and Alex grabbed my hands and squeezed them. I didn't know who to look at first so I just started to reintroduce myself.

"My name is Ingrid. I love bands, especially pop punk and hardcore bands. My twin sister here Holly means a lot to me and I like muscle cars.." I managed to get through the introduction without stuttering this time. The fact that Alex had given me support as well as Holly made me feel so much better. I sat down as Holly got up.

"I'm Holly," she started without stumbling on her words, "I love bands too and I love Ingrid. My favourite clothes are from Hollister and I like cats."

The rest of the class introduced themselves and Mr. Delonge seemed pretty satisfied with all of us. I think I already had a crush on Alex and I got the feeling that Millie, the Asking Alexandria fan, and another band lover named Lucy were going to become really good friends with Hol and I. Lucy was sweet, she had strawberry blonde hair and bright blue eyes and I liked her instantly. But something worried me, she looked kind of sad. I wanted to help her. The only other thing I was really worried about were those two girls in the corner called Bethany and Jessica. I knew already that they'd be the girls to make my life a living hell...
