[Chapter 3]
Big Hat Ryan stares out the window of his room.
"I wonder what happen if I did this. Zyu zee zem zer zae zaem." Big Hat Ryan conjures pure dark magic in his hand. A miasma of death seeps from his palms. "Well that doesn't look good."
"Master!!" The door burst open with a gust of wind sending the dark miasma out the window into the kingdom.
"Ah..."
In the days that followed the kingdom was strickenwith a pestilence that would bring about the end of days. Big Hat Ryan blamedthe ordeal on Resferia and watched in silent laughter as she suffered from theguilt, going as far as to dedicate all of her time to studying restorativemagic so she could counter the effects of the dark spell. Then, when Big HatRyan got bored, he used a single spell to reverse the effects and bring everyoneback to life. Resferia wouldn't talk to Big Hat Ryan for an entire week.
