It was true, the past few days you and Grimmjow have been closer. Although there was a lot of arguing, it was better then the awkward and bitter silence.

"Hurry up and deliver that lunch Kagami. Yachiru gets all grumpy when you're not here." Ikkaku mentioned as you were getting ready to leave.
"If it saves your head from being bit, fine I'll hurry up." You answered with a laugh, leaving the shop.

"I'm looking for Grimmjow." The woman asked rather sternly. Her red hair was pinned out of her face, showing a serious expression, her breast being enphasized by her white blouse, and her high waisted pencil skirt showing off her figure. She was a mature woman indeed.
"Uhh, are you in the right place?" Jiro asked. He obviously knew this meant that Grimmjow had done something wrong, but he was trying to rid of the woman all together to help his friend.
"I believe I am." The woman answered once more. "His name is Grimmjow, blue hair." Yup, she was in the right place.

"Uhh, he's in his office right now in a meeting." Jiro answered, being polite to the woman, but hoping she would leave. "Would you be ab-"
"Good." The woman answered, walking pass the cashier and to the back looking for Grimmjow.
"Wait! Ma'am! You can't go back there!" Jiro called to the woman as he ran after her.

"Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez!" She screamed. "How dare you walk out on me!"
"Oh shit." Jiro said with a sigh as he went back to the cashier, he really didn't want to be involved with all of this. Kiyoshi and Daichi were arriving late due to Daichi sleeping in, and Kiyoshi having delays on the bus route he usually takes. Why did he have to be alone?

"Hi!" A voice called out.
"Oh shit." Jiro said once more, hanging his head. To him, things just got worse.
"Jiro?"
"Hey Kagami." Jiro said with a weary smile.
"Something wrong?" You asked, noticing his stressful expression.
"It's nothing." Jiro answered with a forced smile. "Lunch for Grimmjow?"
"Yeah. I'm just going to drop it at his office." You answered with a smile as you headed to the back.
"Wait Kagami- !" Jiro tried to stop you. But you could already hear it, the voices through the door.

"... you are a fine woman." You could hear Grimmjow say through the door. You could tell, he was with another woman. That fcuking bastard!
"But you're nothing compared to my woman." Perhaps you spoke to soon.

"Fuck you Grimmjow! Go to hell." The woman cursed as she barged out of the office with a scowl on her face. You had scurried off beside Jiro, and had both stood off to the side, watching as the woman stomped out the door in rage.

"Wow, wonder what he said to her." Jiro said curiously.
"With Grimmjow's mouth, probably an insult." You answered.
"True."
"Well, I'm going in." You said with a smile, and headed into the office.

"Here." You said as you placed the bentos on Grimmjow's desk. He had an irritated expression on his face as he stared at the papers in front of him.

"What's with you?" You asked.
"Nothing." Grimmjow answered as he grabbed the bento and placed it on the side.
"Yeah. 'Nothing' is the reason a woman walked out of here pissed off." You mentioned with an annoyed pout.
"Tch. Whatever. She's annoying anyways." Grimmjow answered as he leaned back in his chair, his eyes closed.

During that time, you looked down at Grimmjow's desk, looking over the things littered on top. Papers, pens, and files. He didn't have anything in particular that held some value to him, except a frame. You went around the side of the desk, picking up the frame to look at the picture.

"Grimmjow, where did you get this picture?" You asked, your eyes never leaving the frame. Grimmjow opened his eyes and looked at you, a plain expression on his face.
"I got it back in the room. It was on the window sill awhile back, just sitting there. So I took it." Grimmjow openly admitted it.
"So you took it."

Jiro could hear the yelling from outside, distracting him from his own work with a customer.

"Give it to me!"
"No!"
"It's mine anyways!"
"Well I wanted it!" Grimmjow screamed.
"Hell no it's mine! It's the only picture I have with you!" You screamed back. "Give it!"
"Fuck no! It's the only picture I have of you!" Grimmjow yelled back.

... What a cute couple.

"What's with all the yel-" Jiro began as he barged into Grimmjow's office, wanting to know what all the yelling was about. However, he was slightly caught off guard.

There was Grimmjow's standing at full height, holding something in his hand that was out of your reach. While you, were trying to grab at whatever Grimmjow wouldn't give you.

"What the hell..." Jiro said confused.

With that small distraction, you forcefully pulled Grimmjow's arm to a smaller height, and snatched the frame out of his hand.

"Ha!"
"Fuck woman." Grimmjow said tiredly as he then snatched the frame once more and held it out of reach again.

It was with that last comment that you had given up, and just stood in front of Grimmjow.

"Hmm?" Grimmjow questioned as he looked down at you, sitting on the edge of the desk now. It was then he noticed your slightly pouted lips, your eyes angled down and rimming with tears.

"Don't you dare." Grimmjow answered. But it only got worse.

"You better not fucking cry."

It was just before a tear could slip, and before a sound could be made that Grimmjow quickly handed you back the picture.

"Here, you damn woman." Grimmjow said with an annoyed expression as he directed his eyes away from you.

Success! You had won against Grimmjow and looked at the picture in your hands now. It was an old picture, taken when Grimmjow was first sent to Karakura Town to be watched by Urahara. Of course he was mad and yelling at you as you hugged him from behind. Oh well, his fault the picture was ruined.

You raised your head to thank Grimmjow, but it seemed like he wasn't paying attention to you by directing his eyes somewhere else, and letting a scowl dominiate his face.

Wanting to thank him somehow for the picture, you gently placed the frame on the edge of the desk. Then, taking Grimmjow by surprise, you placed your hands on both Grimmjow's cheeks as you quickly pulled him towards you and kissed him on the lips, a smile on your own face.

It was a quick kiss. It didn't give Grimmjow anytime to process what had just happened. Grimmjow was in a small daze as you then grabbed the frame and skipped out of his office.

"Byeee!" You called out to everyone as the bell on the store door rang, signaling you had left.

"Umm, I'm going to get back to work." Jiro said awkwardly, walking out of the office and back to the cashier. However, Grimmjow didn't answer. He was still in his own little world as he thought over and over:

'She kissed me.'

End.
