Is Niall Horan really my soulmate?

Chapter 27

Emily's POV

Shortly after the tour ended, Louis and Harry adopted a boy and a girl, Tommy and Darcy. We got a card from them, an early 4th of July card I guess you could say.

"Uhh Emily can you come into my office real quick?" Niall called out. I sprinted to the door and it was locked. "Niall? Are you in there?" "Oh sorry"

He opened the door and inside I saw posters from Hawaii all over the walls. Niall was wearing straw hat, a lei, a grass skirt and a coconut bra. He also was holding a ukulele in his hand. Niall was also doing this ridiculous pose.

"Niall? What is all of this?" I laughed.

"What's this? This is Hawaii."

"But why Hawaii?"

"That's where you'll be for the next few months"

I started jumping up and down in excitement. "My courses just barely ended! What an awesome surprise!" He nodded then replied back. "We can even take Kiera with us! Our flight leaves in about two days so we better start packing!"

"Niall, we don't have any 'flying material' for Kiera. I'm going to bring her to the pet store. I'll be right back."

Niall nodded and I snapped the leash on Kiera's collar and walked her out to my car. I opened the back door to my car and she hopped right in. God, is she getting big.

The ride to the pet store took longer than I expected. The ride was about 10 minutes longer, due to traffic.

When we got there, I walked her into the pet store, quickly trying to get what I needed.

First I grabbed a crate. We will be flying on Niall's private plane so we don't want her all over the place.

Next I picked up some bedding for inside of the crate. I picked this pink, fluffy one so she wouldn't be uncomfortable. Kiera climbed right on top of it once I put it in the shopping cart.

I also picked up a leash. It was tropical printed, because we are going to Hawaii. It didn't really match her collar, but that didn't matter.

Last but not least, I picked up some bones and dry food. There was also two small food dishes that I picked up. I wonder how big the hotel room would be. Just then I got a text from Niall.

From: Niall💞

Are you almost done Em?

To: Niall💞

Yes. I'm going to the cashier now. Love you ❤️❤️

From: Niall

❤️❤️

Like I said in the text, I made my way over to the cashier, maybe picking up some things on the way. I placed all of my items on the counter and pulled the bedding out from below Kiera. She started to whine, but stopped when I returned it to her, after it was scanned. She cuddled right up to it, just like before. "Your total is 83.69. Cash or Card?" "Um, card." I pulled out Niall's card and handed it to the lady. She didn't mind, she knew I was his girlfriend. "Do you mind signing this to Vicky? She's a big fan of yours." I chuckled and replied "Sure." I wrote a little note to Vicky and signed it. The cashier pulled it towards her and said "Thanks so much." I nodded and put my bags into the shopping cart.

Once I got to my car, I popped open the trunk and loaded the crate and bags into the trunk. I closed it and put Kiera in the back seat, with her bedding. I placed the cart back into the cart 'roundup' thing. Once I was seated back into my car, I started the car and drove off, being careful not to go over any bumps so Kiera could try to fall asleep. I decided to take the long way home. I could hear Kiera making noises in her sleep. She's so cute. Once I got home, I shook Kiera awake.

Niall ran out of the house, opening the car door for me. "Emily, Nylah ran away!" His face was sad. "Niall maybe that's because you left the door open." I said, pointing to the door. "Oh. But we didn't have a collar on her!" "Niall it's ok! I'm not upset at all. We will find her, don't worry." He nodded and I popped open the trunk. Niall ran around to the back of the trunk, taking the crate out of it. "Niall, I hope you don't mind, I used your credit card." I said. "Em, I don't care, as long as you don't buy the whole store." I grabbed the bags out of the trunk, then closed it behind me. Once I put down the bags in the house, I went back outside to get Kiera, only to find Niall trying to wake her up.

"C'mon Kiera, it's time to wake up!" He said, shaking her lightly. She slowly opened her eyes and lifted up her head. Niall picked her up and took the bedding. He carried both things in, kissing me on the cheek on his way in. I locked the car doors, and turned around to go inside, shutting the door behind me.

This chapter is kind of short, sorry about that. I may get a laptop this afternoon so that will encourage me to write more.

Also, in the next chapter, they will be in Hawaii. It will skip straight to them boarding the private plane.
