Carlos was busy cooking breakfast for his mother when he got a surprising call from Jane. "Hello?",  he answered, shakily. "Carlos! Hi! This is Jane! I'm sure you remember me! Maybe you don't! I'm fairy godmother's daughter! We went to Ben's and Mal's cotillion together! I wore a light blue dress! You said my hair was pretty and you wanted to be more than friends, then when you saw your exgirlfriend, that villain kid Lilly Lion, you forgot all about me! How have you been?", rambled Jane.
Carlos  blinked, then replied, "Her name is Luna, daughter of Tiger Lily, and she's wonderful!" When Jane didn't respond, he asked, "Was there something you wanted, Jane?" A few seconds went by, then Jane said, "Why wasn't I good enough, for you, of all people! You're from the Isle! That girl Luna is trouble! What is it about her? I mean, for Godmother's sakes, she went to the cotillion with her girlfriend, Uma!"
Carlos remembered all too well. Luna took his breath away that night, and Uma was stunning. "I thought that was really brave of them, Jane! You wouldn't understand! You're not from the Isle!", he said. Jane began to ramble again. "But I've been to the isle! Its really not safe! I don't know how you can live there! The heat and humidity totally wrecked my hair! Did you like the way I was wearing my hair, Carlos! Oh, how's your mom? Is she really dying?", asked Jane, her nonstop questions irritating.
Carlos really wasn't up to talking to Jane, because he was up all night taking care of his mother, who the doctors said had developed a rushing case of gangrene, scabies, heartworms, and scurvy in addition to her other ailments. Cruella's sicknesses were  her punishment for being so cruel to all the little Dalmatians she killed over the years to stay in high fashions, and because of her cruelty to her only son. Carlos was tired, and really wanted to hurry up with his chores so he could go see Luna.
"Um, Jane? If there isn't anything else, I really gotta go! Bye now!", said Carlos, hanging up his phone and trying not to drop his mother's breakfast. She would really be mad if he did that.

When Luna woke up that morning, she walked into the living room, expecting to see Harry still asleep on the sofa, but it was empty. Just then, Gil and Uma walked in, laughing and sharing a tender moment.

Uma had snuck back into her room later that night, and wanted full details on Pan. After spilling the tea to Uma, Luna assured her friend that she was done with Peter. "I see Harry's out there, asleep! You two must've had a wild night!", Uma had instigated.
Seeing Uma and Gil made Luna smile, then her attention was immediately drawn to Harry, who was in the kitchen whipping up some breakfast. When he saw Luna in her cute girly sleep set, Harry smiled devilishly. Uma, Gil, and Luna all went into the kitchen, where Harry had made them scrambled seagull eggs and toast.
"Rotten morning, mates!", exclaimed Harry. "But seriously, a good one!", Harry whispered to Luna, giving her a wink and a smile. Luna thought Harry's messy hair looked ultra adorable, and as he plated the eggs and toast for his friends, Luna couldn't take her eyes off of him. Harry's biceps were otherworldly, and the delicious way his arm muscles rippled when he handed Luna her plate really made Luna stare. Harry noticed the way Luna was looking at him and smiled.
They all sat down to eat, Uma saying, "Wow, Harry! Never knew you were a chef!" Gil ate heartily from his plate of food, oblivious to the others. Uma gave him a pitiful look, then shook her head, laughing at Luna and Harry as she said, "He's a goof, but I love him!"  Luna smiled at her, then at Harry, who was watching her closely. They enjoyed their breakfast, amazed at Harry's culinary capabilities.
"Harry, where'd you learn how to cook? This tastes wonderful!", said Luna, taking a bite of the eggs, loving the flavor. Harry smiled sheepishly, a blush spreading upon his cheeks. Luna noticed he hadn't put any eyeliner on, and his natural handsomeness was enough to bring her to her knees.
Uma noticed the difference in Harry, and wondered just what was going on between him and Luna. Harry Hook was life; vibrant, happy, once mistrustful and angry. Uma couldn't help but bask in Harry's new aura. Uma thought Harry was in rare form. He was definitely shining.
