It's freaking July and I swear to you being 5 months is miserable. I have a doctors appointment today to find out the sex of the baby and I haven't decided what I wanted I just want my baby healthy. I got out the shower and dry myself out, I put on my PINK bra and panty set and lotioned myself down with Beautiful Day. I put on a pink v-crew-neck with kiss me with an arrow pointing to my belly, then I put on some cut-off jeans shorts and my white sandals.
I went into Derek's room I gave him a bath and put on his Miami Heat shirt with his cargo shorts and red converses. He was starting to look like Jackson more everyday the only thing he has of me is the laugh that's it. He is my little monster in every way and I cherish every moment especially with a new baby coming. My phone was ringing and it was Vincent I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to have anything to do with me after what happened.
Phone Call********
Me: Hello
Vincent: Hey beautiful you busy ?
Me: I have a doctors appt and probably hangout with my EX's brother gf Jhene
Vincent: How about you and Derek come over and we can hangout , I can get to know you better
Me: I wouldn't mind that at all. What time?
Vincent: 6 sound good ?
Me: That's fine!
Vincent: See you then
Me: Bye!
Omgee!!! This exciting but I'm still not dating anyone just a simple hanging out right?
I drove to the doctors of course you know Jackson knows about it, so when we both got there he tried to kiss me but I pushed him away I wasn't in the mood for his lovey bullshit. I get in the doctors room and laid back on the bed. The doctor lifted my shirt and applied the cold gel to my stomach , I looked over at Jackson with Derek in his lap.
"Well you ready to find out the sex ?" Dr.Kenz asked us
"Yes!" I told him with the biggest smile on my face
"And it's a ........oh wait a minute I think I see two in here. They're both GIRLS!!!!
I don't know what was more shocking the fact that I was having twin girls or the fact that Jackson passed out. The doctor congratulated us and prescribed me my vitamins to take the I walked out. Jackson followed behind me and was still in shock. I was really happy Derek is going to have two baby sisters on the way.
Eli and Jhene will have so much fun planning the babies shower. I have to tell them the great news and Davini & Brett's pockets will be broke the way the girls are going to be spoiled. They have amazing uncles!!
"Wait Athena what are you doing tonight?" He asked me...
"Hanging out with Vincent" I said
"Are you stupid?! I literally told you I don't want you near him he is bad news! For all I know those could be his the way you been with him" He semi-yelled
I think my hormones kicked it harder than I knew...the fact he would say I slept around and his kids might not even be his just sent me over...
"You are really truly an asshole! If it isn't about Derek or a doctors appt don't bother even calling me Jackson! You just crossed a line that wasn't meant to be crossed. Goodbye!" I slammed my door I checked to see that Derek was strapped in his car seat and drove away. My heart is so heavy thinking about what Jackson said to me.
Later On*************
I end up calling everybody telling them the great news. I was at Vincent house he cooked for us and it was an awesome time. I gave Derek his nightly bath and put him down for the night. I walked out onto Vincent's balcony and looked out at the full moon. I had so much to think about when the girls come. I felt Vincent's arms wrap around me as he kissed my neck.
"Are you okay you haven't said much since you got here" He said looking concerned
"Uh..well...I'm not even going to sugar coat anything but I'm having twin girls and Jackson got mad because he "thinks" your a bad person and deny our kids" I could feel the tears starting to come down. I was trying to wipe them away but it was useless to attempt to.
"Listen to me I don't care what he thinks if he doesn't want to be a man and be in his kids lives. I will and before you say I don't have to ...I'm willing to because I'm not him and never will I be him. I want you in my life Athena" He said as he lifted my face and kissed my lips
"Thank you" I whispered into his ear as he carried me bridal style to the bed so we can lay and just take in the warm moonlight breeze.
"GoodNight Athena" He kissed my forehead
I suddenly felt my eyes becoming heavier as sleep took over.....
