O n e : I'm Jack Griffo

**Brooklyn's POV**

"Brooklyn if you make us late on the first day of school, I will walk up to Lucas an-" Sam shouted, her voice getting louder and I could hear her walking up the stairs.

Okay, my name's Brooklyn Webb, I'm 17, about 5'6, I have brown hair which comes down to the middle of my back. I have a twin brother called Matthew, my parents are away on business trips most of the time and that person shouting at me is my best friend Sam. We've been close since we were little and now I'm apparently making us late for school.

I opened the door and there stood Sam she walked right past me into my room "You wouldn't dare say anything to Lucas" I threatened.

So Lucas is this guy I kinda have a crush on, we're super close friends so he doesn't know, Sam is the only one who knows.

"Watch me" she said, walking up to my phone I left unlocked. I watched her scrolling through my contacts, yeah yeah I have his number, told you we were close.

"Okay, okay you've made your point but there's still like another 20 minutes."

"Erm no there's not" she walked up to my clock "your clock's 20 minutes late. "

I looked at my clock and compared it with the time on my phone, she was right. I walked outside my door "Matt!" I shouted.

"Bye" He said and walked out the door, he is so dead when he comes back.

I walked back in the room "sorry" I sheepishly looked at the floor but I could feel her glaring at me. "I just have to put the sides of my hair up can you grab my leopard print converse and black leather jacket please."

She threw down her bag on my bed and went to my wardrobe, she pulled them out and threw them on the bed too "Would you like me to put them on for you too?" She said sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes and went to put them on "Odd socks, really?' she said looking at my feet.

"You know I always wear odd socks" I said putting my shoes on and jacket.

"Okay whatever, c'mon lets go." We ran down the stairs and I picked up my keys and bag by the door. She got in the car and started the engine whilst I locked the house.

I ran to the car and jumped in, I put my bag on the backseats "To school" I put my arm in front of me in a superman pose.

We got there in 10 minutes and parked easily beings it was so early. We wanted to get here early because it was first day back and it was kinda a tradition so that we could all catch up.

We walked up to our group of friends. "Hey" Lucas said and hugged me, he smelt amazing.

"Hi" I said and squeezed him before pulling away, trust me I didn't want to but I don't really want to make anything obvious do I? Me and Sam then went round hugging everyone in our group. Lastly I hugged Katherine but just as we did the bell went for 1st period.

"See you guys later, my first class is this way." Lucas said and pulled me and Katherine into a three way hug. We all let go and he ran over to some of his other friends.

"Wow is it just me or did Lucas get a lot hotter over the summer?" Katherine said to me.

"Mmm, yeah he did" I sighed for no apparent reason.

"You like him" She smirked at me

"Pfft, whatever I mean yeah he's nice but no." I said making it sound like no big deal.

"Okay just nice" She emphasised the 'nice' part.

"Yep" I tried to keep my face expressionless. "You got Chemistry first?"

"Yup" she said as we walked in the class "Sit next to me" I nodded as we went to take our seats there we only five of us in there at the minute.

"Erm Brooklyn" the teacher said from his desk "The principal would like to see you."

"Aha since when does Brooky get in trouble?" Daniel said walking into the class as I walked out, I just rolled my eyes at his comment.

Daniel was the schools most popular guy in the school and I was supposedly the most popular girl. We went out and were like the power couple of the school.

I broke up with him over the summer, nothing major happened I just didn't feel a connection like I used to, but he's been trying to get back together with me ever since, I do feel kinda bad. And yes I did have a crush on Lucas at the same time we were going out that's another reason, it wasn't fair on him.

I knocked on the principals door "Come in" he said. I walked in and closed the door behind him. "Brooklyn, please take a seat."I took the one of two chairs he had on the other side of his desk. There was a brown haired boy in the other chair, we looked at each other and I smiled.

"Brooklyn we have a new student at our school and I hope you don't mind giving him a tour of the school." He said clearly said talking about the boy sitting next to me.

"No of course I don't mind." I said smiling at the boy, he was cute and by that I mean ABSOLUTELY FREAKING GORGEOUS.

"Good" he said "then this is Jack's schedule, make sure he knows where all his classes are" He handed me a sheet of paper.

"Okay, I will do" I said standing up and so did 'Jack'.

"Oh and here's a note to say why you're not in your classes, make sure each of your teachers for both of you make sure they know at some point today." He said handing me a note then walked over to the door opening it for us.

"Okay" I took the note out of the prinicpals hand before me and jack walked out.

"Have a nice day" he said and we both did the same to him before shutting the door after us.

Me and Jack turned to face each other and he held his arm out "Hi" I said "I'm Brooklyn Webb." I took his hand and shook it.

He smiled and said "I'm Jack Griffo."
