**Brook's POV**
"Yes is this Mrs Q, Mr Scott's wife?" Lyndon held his hand up to his ear with his thumb and little finger stretched out and the others scrunched into a fist to make it look like he was on the phone.
Jack was sulking in the corner with his arms folded over his chest. Yes Lynd was still teasing him about getting the name wrong on the fake phone call which happened THREE FREAKING HOURS AGO! This day was dragging sooooo much.
"Guys" I lifted my head off of my arms which were placed in front of me on the table. "I'm booooooored."
"Well, what do you want us to do about it princess?" Lynd kissed me on the cheek before squeezing me in a side hug.
"I don't care anything." I frowned just for something to do out of boredom.
"How about a movie marathon" Sam suggested before taking a long sip of the second drink she'd ordered whilst we had been here.
"Yes, yes, yes" I bounced up and down in the seat despite Lynd's attempts to make me sit still. I really could be a little kid at times if I tried hard enough.
"It's settled then, whose house" Lyndon asked the question but I could tell it was more directed at me.
"I suppose mine" I could see happy, smiling faces all around the table whilst I said that. At least Jack had come back from his strop.
We all downed the last of our drinks before standing up to leave. Lynd put his arm around my neck and I had my arm around his waist. He walked us over to the counter where the barista who'd just started her shift was standing and placed a napkin in front of her which I'm almost 100 percent sure had his number on. He moved the hand that was around me up to his ear in the shape of a phone before winking at her and mouthing 'call me' which earned him a well deserved slap on the chest from me.
Lyndon looked down to face me "jealous are we?" I remained silent knowing that he damn well knows I don't think of him like that. I looked away as he kissed my cheek "don't worry I'll always find time for my sister." I squeeze his side in response, that was more like it. We were family, we are the only family we've ever known, apart from my brother. We have no parents, just people who gave birth to us. Lyndon's my family and I'm his, we don't need anyone else. Not when we have each other.
We separated as I got back into Jack's car, all of us returning to the car's that we arrived in. Both cars went to exit the parking lot but we stopped to wind our windows down when Sam attempted to shout something to us "Race back to yours!" she repeated.
"No!" I shouted back "That's not fair! Jack doesn't know the way, he doesn't even know where I live!" I love competition as long as I have my fair chance at winning it.
"Sucks to be you" He shouted back before pulling away.
"C'mon!" I screamed at Jack who looked taken back by how loud I was. "Sorry" I sat back in my seat "but step on it."
He pulled out onto the road and we were just able to catch a glimpse of Lynd and Sam before they disappeared around the corner.
"We're never going to beat them at this rate" I groaned out in frustration, this was an unfair race! He continued to follow them only occasionally coming into view when we passed the school and I had an idea.
"Jig, left here" I pointed aswell, I'm not sure why though, I'm pretty certain that Jack knew which way left was.
"Again with the name, can't you think of something different?" I laughed at how much he hated this name.
"Nope" I said popping the p "it bothers you which makes it even better!" I gave him an innocent smile which resulted in a small laugh from him.
"Okay follow this road around then go straight over at the island and take the second left." He listened carefully making sure he remembered everything whilst keeping his focus fully on the road.
