Chapter 7

It's been a week since the night of the ball and  Loki has been distant from me since. 'Did I do something to upset him? Why is he avoiding me? What did I do?!' While I was stuck in my thoughts I failed to notice Thor in front of me. "Susaki-san?", he called, forcing me out of my trance. 

"Oh, Thor. Is there something you needed?" I asked, tilting my head.

"It's Loki. He asked me to tell you that he needs to talk to you about something. He said he'd be in the forest and that you'd know where," I gave Thor a nod and left. I then make my way over to the spot where Loki and I almost kissed.

"So you came. I didn't think you actually would," Loki said. Loki gave me his signature smirk.

"Thor said you need to talk to me?" I asked, lightly smiling. Loki moved closer to me and pulled me into his arms, holding me in a tight embrace.

"Loki?!" I panicked my face a deep crimson. 'Wh-what's going on?!'

"You've been hurting me, my kitten. You're always around Apollon and letting him hug you. It hurts me. I believe I've made it more than clear that I have feelings for you," he confessed in a low voice. I was completely taken aback by this.

'This whole time he's had feelings for me?' "Loki.." I wrap my arms around the god of mischief and snuggle into his chest. "I'm so sorry Loki. I had no idea I was hurting you," Loki pulled back slightly and looking into my eyes.

  "Susaki...From this day forward you are my precious kitten. You are special to me. I love you," He slowly leaned in and so did I until our lips met. You know the saying "Butterflies in the stomach"? well, that's what I'm feeling right now. We pulled apart when we heard someone shouting. 

"Loki what the hell are you doing with Susaki?!" Takeru shouted running over towards us, Apollon, Tsukito, Dionysius, Balder, and Thor behind him. "Loki!" the Japanese god growled.

"Susaki has agreed to be my lover," Loki said, sticking his tongue out at Takeru. "I was just kissing my lover and there's nothing wrong with that." My face went red from his words and I use my hair to try to cover my face. "Awww my kitten seems to be embarrassed." Loki cooed, pulling me into his arms and letting me hide my face in his chest.

"Tsk. I bet you tricked her into being your lover," Takeru grumbled.

"Takeru, I don't think Loki-Loki would do something like that," Apollon said, trying to calm down Takeru. Apollon smiled at Loki and I. "I think they look cute together,"

"Th-thank you Apollon-san," I said, pulling away from Loki's chest and giving Apollon a sweet smile. 

"Now, I think I shall take my lovely kitten to a more private place," the redheaded god said, giving me a wink the made my face red once again. He then picked me up bridal style and began to run off.

"Loki?!" I squeaked. He just laughed and continued to run. Pretty soon we made it to Loki's room. He sat me down on the bed and laid down next to me. "Loki? Why did you take me here?" I asked. 

 "I wanted to cuddle and fall asleep with you," With that, he pulled me down and wrapped his arms around my waist. "I'm sort of tired." I hummed in response and placed my head on his chest. After a few minutes we both fall to slumber.
