Chapter 20: A Baby

Another month passed by normally and Jimin went through the many negative side effects of pregnancy like soreness and morning sickness, but Jungkook was there to help him every step of the way.

Both of them decided that it was probably time to get a house for themselves so they could settle down, it was a scary endeavor for Jimin who had never lived anywhere else.

Jungkook made Jimin quit working at the cafe to Jimin's dismay.

The rest of them were extremely supportive and caring especially Hoseok who was practically bouncing off the walls at the idea of another child.

Jungkook and Jimin were looking for houses.

"I want a house that is safe for our child and will be a good place for them to grow up, maybe somewhere more rural I'd like them to be able to play outside." Jimin chimed in as Jungkook scrolled through the many choices of houses.

The nice thing about them was that money would never be a problem for them since Namjoon and Jin were extremely rich.

"What about this one?" Jungkook asked pointing to a huge house that was in a forest area, it looked both modern and homely.

"I love it! Yes!" Jimin exclaimed
"Okay, how about I schedule a day when we can go look at it?" Jungkook said printing out pictures of the house.

"Okay, I'll be right back," Jimin said getting up as well.

Jimin was suddenly pulled to the side by Jin.

"Have you guys discussed baby names?" he asked.

"No we haven't." said JImin with a slight laugh.

"To be completely honest I kind of want the gender to be a surprise so I think once the child is born we will pick names." Jimin answered.

"I see.." Jin answered walking away.

Little did JImin know.

JIn went to his room and picked up his phone. He scrolled through his contacts before he saw the one he was looking for, he called it.

"Ah yes, hello this is Jin, yup he's doing great but listen I have something to tell you-"

Jungkook came back from a call with the realtor and found Jimin.

"Hey babe can we talk?" Jungkook asked.

"Of course." Jimin answered brightly

As soon as Jungkook finished putting his shoes on, They walked outside to the off beaten path where Jungkook found Jimin.

Jungkook looked at Jimin seriously.

"Kookie what is it?" asked Jimin.

"Look Jimin I noticed that lately... you have been eating human food..why?" Jungkook finally asked taking a breath of relief that he finally got it out.

Jimin look startled and then scared.

"Kookie I- I really think that this child is human and it would need human food not blood so-"
"Jimin! You can't do that! You know eating too much human food will make you sick!" Jungkook suddenly said grabbing his shoulders.

"But what if the child is human, I can't just drink blood!" Jimin spluttered out.

"The child will be a vampire, there's no way its human!" Jungkook yelled.

Jimin looked back up at him with a teary face that made Jungkook soften.

"I-Im sorry.. Jiminie.. It's just I couldn't live if I lost you.. So please take care of yourself." he said.

Jimin smiled

"I'll be fine Jungkookie." Jimin said warmly.

"Oh yeah...do you think the baby will be a boy or girl?" Jimin asked.

"Honestly?" Jungkook asked.

"Honestly."

"To be completely honest I'm hoping for a girl, a cutie who can be the world's sunshine teaching everyone that girls can do anything."

Jimin hugged him. "This is why I love you."

Jungkook pulled away.
"That the only reason?" He said with a pouty face.

Jimin stood on his tiptoes and kissed Jungkook's nose. "I love everything about you."

Another month passed and Jimin was four months pregnant now his bump present. They had moved into their new house two weeks ago, they settled in nicely. It was sort of strange for them to now have the house to themselves and not with the other four.

One sunny afternoon Jimin heard the loud ding of their doorbell making him get up from the warm place on the couch where he sat with Jungkook watching a movie, making Jungkook groan in disapproval.

Then he heard a scream and quickly got up running toward the sound, the sight before him was even worse than death.
Kim Taehyung.

The scream that came from Jimin was obviously one from joy.

"Hello! It is I the amazing Kim Taehyung, Jin called me and said you got Jiminie knocked up somehow so I have taken it upon myself, to plan out your baby shower and I also want to go to the ultrasound with you!" Taehyung said excitedly to a happy Park Jimin.

Jungkook put his head in his hands.

It was going to be a long day.
