Part nine
Raquel left out the bathroom, looking around for security, normally once the hallways were clear the security was less alert. Raquel crept around the corner so not to be seen, walking inside of the lunchroom which was also empty, she made her way toward the back doors which were always unchained and unlocked, she made her way out running from the school. Raquel walked a few blocks making her way to derby hill. Across the street was an Abandoned building that had a sturdy roof that She and Keysha would climb up and Hide out from the detroit public school police when they would skip during school hours. Raquel made her way on top of the roof, not seeing Keysha like she was hoping, she walked to the center of the roof laying down on her back. Raquel looked up at the clouds Fantasizing as usual about a better life. She hated her mom, nothing was any different from when she was younger. Hakeem never came back, this time he stayed gone for good. Rochelle was Depressed and devastated. Hakeem was her source of income, her security blanket, and eventually the one she grew to love and depend on in every way. Now he was gone and she had to depend on herself, something she wasn't prepared to do. Rochelle took her rage out on Raquel, with verbal abuse and neglect. Hakeem was gone so she felt there was no use for Raquel anymore. They had the worse Love hate relationship to be seen. Rochelle didn't care what Raquel did, so Raquel took advantage of that, coming and going whenever she wanted, especially when she met Keysha. Raquel was now twelve years old and a lot more Mature than she should be. Even though Raquel had developed fast having thick thighs, a small peach fudge stomach and big breast, she never had to trick even though her mom repeatedly egged her on to do so.
