The wind harshly blew on the snowy mountain. A Goron walked through the snow, and fell forward, laying in the snow. "Ungh... oh, my shame! Oh, my regret!" The snow buried him in the freezing cold.
Link climbed up the mountain. "I hear a voice on the wind. A person? The cry of an animal? Ah... choo!!"

"No one told me the mountain was so snowy!" Link shivered. "Is this cold from Majora's curse, too?" Tatl seemed perfectly fine. "For a hero, you sure do whine a lot!"
Icicles started to form on Link's hat and ears. "You're heartless, Tatl!" Tatl looked back at Link. "Wh-What?! Are you calling a fairy coldblooded? I just want to save my one and only brother as soon as possible!"
Link heard the cry again. "I know! Hey, it's that voice again. I wonder what that is.. ah... CHOO!"
His sneeze echoed through the mountain, and snow came tumbling down onto Link and Tatl.
Tatl popped out of the snow and shook it off of her. "Fiddlesticks!"

The snow uncovered a huge crystal, with a Goron inside it. "Darunia?! No... but it is a Goron warrior! So there are Goron in Termina, too. I wonder if he got beat in a fight."
"Oh, my shame! Oh, my regret!"
Link turned around, and saw the same Goron that was trapped in the ice. Tatl hid. "Yikes! A ghost!"
"Oh, my shame!"
"Wh... What do you regret?"
The Goron stared at Link. "Will you listen to my story? Aren't you scared of me?" Link winked. "I'm not scared. I've got a friend that looks a lot like you. I'm Link. If you've got something to say, I'll listen."
The ghost Goron told his story. "I am Darmani the Third. I bear the proud blood of Goron heroes! That's why... that's why..."
"Don't go, Darmani! No matter how battle hardened a warrior you are, you can't do it alone!"
Darmani looked back at the Gorons, who didn't want him to leave. "But, Goron Elder... if I don't do anything, the blizzards from Snowhead will bury our town and we'll be destroyed. I have to destroy him!"
