Link walked over to Skull Kid. Skull Kid twitched on the ground. "Ugh... ugggghhhh...!"
Tatl hovered above his face. "Skull Kid, I oughta...!!" "H-Hold on, sis! Don't be TOO hard on him." "Why are you defending him? He was trying to destroy the world! We were all going to die!!"
Skull Kid slowly turned over, getting on his hands and knees. His entire body was shaking. His words trembled. "I... didn't mean... for that to happen..."
He stared down at the ground. Link kneeled down next to him, as Skull Kid breathed heavily. "Then why did you do this?"
"I... didn't understand... why they left..."

Skull Kid happily walked around with his giant friends. He danced on their palms, and slept on their shoulders.
