I delivered hit after hit, as I tried to let out the pent up anger within me.
"Oui! What the fuck are you doing?" A familiar voice yet out. "You're gonna burst the fucking thing just like you did with the last one if you continue hitting it like that!"
I stopped what I was doing and tried to regulate my breathing. I wiped the sweat off my forehead with my arm.
"That's what I'm trying to do," I replied. I caught the punching bag when it swung towards me and stilled it. I turned towards Carver to see him sitting on the bench and eating something out of two paper bags that he had in his hands. "You just came back and you're already annoying.”
"You're the only one that's annoying here you fucking tramp.”
Carver was Carter's cousin and while Carter had brown hair, Carver had wild red hair but they both had brown eyes. Carver was a lot taller and muscular than I was, but I didn't let it get to me, I could still take him on. I grabbed my towel off the treadmill and continued to wipe the sweat off myself as I walked towards Carver.
"Maybe Carter should take the money out of your paycheck," He said. "Then you'll learn."
I ignored his comment and tried to peep into the brown bags in his hands. "What's in there?"
He glared at me. "Mind your damn business," He snapped.
I raised my hands as if I was surrendering and started taking off the boxing gloves.
