I walked into the kitchen to get a couple painkillers and made my way back to my room. I got back into bed and decided to scroll through my timeline.

In the middle of my hunt of actual funny memes, i got a phone call from Justin.

I pressed the green button and put him on speaker phone.
"Hello?"

I laughed, "Boy stop, you got a whole 'nother girl at home. Who happens to be my best friend."

I hung up and answered Genesis' call.

"I know! Lately he's been distant as fuck and all we do is argue."

"Yes girl! And he stay posted up at the studio. Like, i know he gotta keep his fans happy and stay on his shit but can't you make time for your girlfriend? Just 20 minutes with him will be fine. Like damn! Half the time, I don't think he be at the studio, probably at some slimy pussy bitch house.

I hung up and threw my phone on the bed. I started thinking about Genesis and Justin and everything bad i've been doing with him behind her back.

I don't like seeing my best friend sad , especially over a boy.

I also don't wanna stop seeing Justin.
