One thing I want you to do is: don't show anyone this letter. It's for you, for your eyes only. For Amora.

My best friend. My partner in crime. My childhood companion. My second cousin - frankly I couldn't give a crap about that 'first cousin removed' and blah stuff.

I just want to let you know you tried. You really did. The girl . . . she's in a better state of mind. She's going to be all better now. I think she's going to die; 96% chance it'll happen.

If she does, don't be sad. Everything you said, she took them to heart, and now she knows that nobody will ever deserve her. Nobody without the whole world that they'll be willing to give up for her.

But, if she doesn't die, you'll hear from her soon. Very soon . . .
