Castiel/Dean

Words swam across Cas' vision. Moby. Boats. Dick. Whales. Reading. Boring reading. Vocabulary. Stupid English book report. Random things. Completely random.

While he continued to do his work, Dean was absent. Wandering the teens house. Currently, he was waltzing down one of the Novaks hallways looking for a bathroom. He didn't want to disturb Cas when he looked like he was so focused on his book so he decided to wander by himself in hopes to find a place to relieve himself.

There were so many pictures. They pretty much covered the walls once you entered the hallway. There was school pictures everything from kindergarten to junior year. Lots of family photos, some from vacations to family gatherings and holidays. One in particular took Deans eye as he scanned the pictures. Cas was in the center of a huge sunset landscape, bright blue water splashing up on the shore of a beach in the background and the sky, filled with streaks of orange, pink, purple and blue. He wore a blue and white pastel plaid flannel with the sleeves pulled up to his elbows, over a solid white shirt and ripped knee high denim shorts. The picture captured him mid laugh, his mouth open in a big toothy smile and crows feet in the corners of his eyes. His eyes. God... their natural blue color was standing out more than he'd ever seen. They were so full of life. More life than Dean had ever seen on Cas. He looked blissfully happy.

It was... simply, beautiful.

"This book sucks! There's too many words on one page and theres like, three thousand pages!" The teen complained after an extremely obnoxious sigh, loud enough for Dean to hear through the hallway walls, cutting off his thoughts. He chuckled, looking away from the picture and his need to use the bathroom was momentarily forgotten.

"Well then don't read it. Just look up a summary online or something." Dean shrugged, forgetting Cas was unable to see him through the wall.

"Aren't teachers suppose to tell their students to suck it up and get their work done." Dean could hear the smirk on the teens face, finally deciding to walk back into the main room of the house.

"Yeah, but not when it's pointless work that you will never use in your everyday life."

"And I'm suppose to use history in my everyday life?" Cas scoffed with an obvious teasing smile on his face. Dean feigned hurt, throwing his hand over his chest in shock as he as he advanced toward the couch where Cas now laid. His head resting on the arm and his legs bent upward and spread apart slightly so he could look past them to see his teacher.

"History is a very important subject." He gasped making Cas roll his eyes.

"Oh really, how?" He pressed.

"Well..." He started while finally plopping down on the opposite end of the couch than where Cas was laying. There was only a few inches between them now and with Cas' legs spread the way they were, Dean saw a perfect opening. God... all night long, Dean had wanted to attack him with his mouth. Especially with what the teen had been wearing. That compression shirt fit him in the best way possible, outlining his chest and torso perfectly. And the way it would slide up on him, revealing a strip of skin above those baggy sweatpants made Dean want to devour him.

And he knows it's wrong. Of course it's wrong. Castiel is his student and Dean is his teacher. Cas is seventeen while Dean is twenty-six. It's so wrong. But it feels so... right. "It's a good ice breaker at a family dinner." Cas laughed, shutting his book and letting it fall to the floor with a loud thud. Dean shifted, moving his position so he was facing the teen.

Their eyes were locked. Since Winchester came back into view Cas couldn't help but keep his eyes on him. His eye color seemed to stand out more prominently than he ever noticed, even on the first day he met him they weren't that green. When Cas looked into them it was like looking into a lush forest, filled with trees and bushes. But they also shimmered which reminded Castiel of green apple flavored candy.
