I grabbed Jason, carefully, and hoisted him onto my back, before jumping out the mansion window; landing safely on the ground. I watched as Tobi, crashed through the side, of our home, as huge creatures stabbed at him with spears, and swords. Then, with fire.

I watched, from behind a small bush as these... creatures just threw flaming alcohol bottles, into castle windows; starting up large fires on every side, and there was no way that I could leave Jason here, and save everyone else.

Carathal, was on her own, with her sons, and Malissa. She would have to find a way out on her own, and I'm hoping that, wherever they are, they're getting out quickly, because the mansion is going to collapse at any moment now.

Those demonic beings, from that organization have already surrounded the front, and if they come near the back, then I'm leaving. I have kept away from those people long enough, and I am not going back just yet.

"Looking for something," someone whispers into my ear, their breath burning my skin.

I turned around, and slashed out at the creature, behind me, and quickly jumped away, before it could get to Jason, and I. I had to readjust my position, because Jason had passed out, and I wasn't ready for a fight.

I watched as the little creature ran towards me, bearing large sharp teeth, and an ax, before getting thrown up against the tree, by Tobi; who was growling angrily at them. So, I took that as my chance, to get away, and ran past Tobi, and farther into the forest.

I ran as fast as I could, to get out of the witches hidden, magical fortress, and held on tightly to Jason, so he didn't fall off. But, when I finally passed the force filed, I watched as the shield slowly fell down, and fire spread towards the forest.

I jerked to a halt, and turned my head in every which way, to make sure that no one was following me, and when I KNEW that no one was following me, I continued to get away, but slowly, which means that I kept to a slow walk.

As I continued to move along, Jason slowly made some movements, but didn't wake. He was either asleep, or he was still passed out, and just moving a little. He's such a... pain? Nuisance? Pest? Child...?

I slowly slid Jason off my back, and onto the ground, so I could check, and see, how he was doing; his breathing shallow, but his heart beating steadily.

"Do not move," someone growled as they pushed something sharp against my head. "How did you come to this side of the forest; on the border of the Mountain of dragons?"

"I've lived here," I said as I lifted my hands; turning round too face him.

He sounded like an older man, but when I looked at him; he seemed to be only a child. He had short, dirty blonde hair, pulled back into a pony tail, a raggy white shirt, tucked into his brown trousers, and a bow in his right hand. Then, I looked up at his face, and starred at his ears for a moment, before figuring out what creature he was... which was an elf.

He didn't seem to buy my story, and pushed the dagger up against my forehead, which made me put my hands higher in the air as I stuttered out a, "please don't."

He looked me over, before looking towards Jason, with a questioning look. "What's wrong with him?"

"Don't you dare touch him," I growled as I lowered one hand, to cover up part of Jason's body; shielding him from the elf.

"Then I suggest you tell me what you are doing out here," he snapped.

"Fine," I hissed. "There's an organization planning to wipe out most of the continent, and they are gathering creatures to join them, which, in their way, is fine, but it's not! They are going around capturing people, and they just burned down my home! During that process, Jason here got hurt, and I've been around helping heal his wounds. I'm a doctor, sort of, and he was injured when he was trying to get away from the organization. He has three large gashes across his chest, and –"
