There's Dumb and Dumber and Then There's You

So Candice Accola will be playing the role of Vanessa's best friend Charlotte. Most of you might recognize her as Caroline Forbes from TVD.

**Sorry if my updates are all over the place, it's hard fitting writing time with my busy every day life sometimes**

Vanessa POV

*beep* beep* beep*

"Ughh!" I groaned. I turned around to only to come face-to-face with the devil's creation. Most may call it an alarm clock; I call it a hell timer. Alarm clocks are only 'useful' when reminding you that you have to get up early if you don't want an early ticket to hell. Hell being school that is...

"Vanessa! Wake up! You don't want to be late on the first day back, do you?" My mom's voice can be heard all the way from the kitchen. A few seconds later the smell of bacon and eggs wafted into my room. As soon as the smell hit me I was stuck with making one of the most difficult decisions of my life: Sleep...or bacon? Sleep...or bacon? Bacon...or sleep?

*splash*

Right before I could even contemplate going back to sleep, a bucket of ice water was dumped on me.

"AAAHH!" I screamed.

"Wake up why don't you," Caleb's annoying voice said," You don't want to miss your first day as a social outcast now do you?"

"What the hell Caleb! What are you FIVE?!" Caleb was always doing stupid stuff like this which really makes me think whether or not he's a five year old trapped inside an 18 year old's body.

"Get your lazy ass out of bed!"

I'm confused on when me sleeping in became any of your business." Right after I said that, Caleb out his head down with embarrassment and shame. Oh no! Someone hurt the only thing that Caleb actually gives a crap about...his ego.

"Well mom..." he mumbled.

"Mom what?"

"Mom said she didn't like the way we've been treating each other or whatever so she's making these rules now that if one person doesn't do something, the other twin is punished for it. Something about us now having to work together to fix our problems."

"And what did mom say to you?"

Caleb sighed with annoyance, "She said that if you don't get up early I'm not allowed to take the car to school."

"I'm confused on how that's a bad thing..."

"I got a reputation to uphold, something you clearly never heard of, so if you wouldn't mind moving your ass or I will drag you out of bed."

I didn't really listen to Caleb's threat; I was paying more attention to the wet mess he made all over my bed. Suddenly, two strong arms grabbed my torso and I was thrown across Caleb's shoulders.

"Caleb! Put me down. Put me down!" But of course he didn't listen and carried me all the way down the stairs to the kitchen. Mom was doing the dishes while Luke was already almost done eating breakfast.

"Mom! Can you please tell Caleb to put me down?" My mother turned around and frowned at us,"Caleb. Put your sister down and the both of you come and eat."

The second Caleb put me down, I stared at my mother in confusion. Did she not hear me scream bloody when I was being brutally attacked by a water bucket?

"Mom! Caleb made me wet!" (That's what she said)

My mom looked at me and finally noticed that I was dripping water all over the floor.
