Ross and Laura are on the about to hit their six month anniversary, in a relationship in which Ross is completely smitten with Laura, though Laura's feelings don't reciprocate. It's been like this since the beginning of their romance just so Laura could've spared her friend's feelings, rather than painstakingly rejecting him. Out of the goodness of her heart to maintain their friendship, she can't do anything other than fake her happiness during their time together.
A day before Ross and Laura's six month anniversary, Ross coaxes the truth out of Laura when he takes note of her sudden change in behavior around him. He's heartbroken by the truth and although Laura tries to reason with him, Ross breaks up with her. Six months may not mean much in time, but to Ross, they're everything; he's beyond crushed with the confession of how Laura didn't feel anything for him.
Soon after, Ross learns Laura has moved to London to live with her sister. Their newly awkward relationship takes a turn as they are obliged to communicating through video chat while five thousand miles apart.
Upon Laura's return home to LA a few months later, she hopes to retain the friendship she had with Ross before they had begun dating. Though this time Ross meets Laura face to face, there's something different and enchanting about Laura that she hadn't told Ross over video chat.

This story has taken me all summer to layout and I'm ready to get back into the writing mood as school approaches. *cries*
The cover took me maybe two weeks? It's actually so much work
