80s & 90s Confessions

I wonder if people remember River and Corey as iconic actors in the 80s, I mean we do but what about people that actually lived in the 80s and 90s. Like are they still remebered by those people to this day? Or do we just love them so much?? Ya know? Idk just something that I always think about.

I remember one time my art teacher over heard me and my friends talking about river and she was like "are you guys on about river phoenix?" And we were like yeah, and she goes on to say that she didnt know people still talk about him bc when she was growing up river phoenix was like the heart throb or something like that.
But I defo think that Corey and River are iconic actors from the 80s and I still would like decades later.
