I walked the path to Taco Bell. My absolute diehard favorite. I walked in and inhaled the familiar, welcoming scent. I got in line behind about 6 boys, all looking slightly older than me and quite attractive. Well, they were all older except for one who looked about my age. He was cute, and when he laughed with his friends, he sounded like he had not a care in the world. I silently wished my life could be like that as I sipped my Arizona patiently, deciding on what I was going to get.

When it was my turn, I decided on a crunchwrap. I waited for my food, about to take a sip of Arizona when someone collided with me, causing me to spill it all over him. (Luckily, not on me, but I felt bad because it drenched his shirt completely.)

I looked up in shock, realizing it was one of the boys that was in front of me. He had a beanie on, with dark curls poking out. His cheeks were rosy, and he had a lip ring that looked quite good on him. Usually I find them unattractive, but it suited him.

"I am so sorry!" he said, looking at me with wide eyes.

"No, no it's fine! I'm sorry I spilled all over you!" I said, not knowing what else to do in this awkward situation.

"Well you're in luck because I happen to love Arizona," he said with a smile.

I smiled back at him. I reached for some napkins to try and help clean him up. I handed them to him.

"I really am a clutz sometimes," he told me, laughing at himself. "I'm Sam, by the way." he said introducing himself.

"It's fine, so am I," I laugh. "I'm Rose."

"Well Rose, if you want you can eat with us," he offered, smiling a sweet smile.

I thought it over. I didn't have the best experiences with men... but something about these boys said they would accept me the way I was. And it helped that they were hot.

"Sure," I said, smiling back at him. "Let me get my food first."

"It's cool. I think I have an extra sweatshirt in my truck that I can quick change into, I'll be right back." he said. Gosh, he was so nice. I think we would become good friends if we hung out.

"Kay!" I said, smiling brightly. I'm glad I met someone new.

My order was called just as Sam walked back in the door wearing a navy sweatshirt. He walked up to me to bring me to his table where his friends are.

"Do you think your friends will like me?" I ask, a little nervous.

"They'll love you! I already do," he said jokingly.

"Ok," I said laughing.

He led me to the table and motioned me to sit in the huge booth next to a tall blonde haired boy.

"Guys, this is Rose. She's gonna hang out with us, kay?" he said. They all smiled at me. I liked them already.

I give a small wave as Sam introduced them. He started at the one next to me.

"This is Ricky," he said pointing to the one next to me.

"HEY GURL!" he said with a valley girl accent. I laughed, almost spitting my food.

"HEYY!" I said once I swallowed.

"I like her. We should keep her." Ricky said with a serious look on his face.

Sam smiled, continuing around the table.

"That's Connor, Jc, Kian, and Trevor." he told me. I looked at the last one who was across from me. I felt like I recognized him from somewhere, but I didn't know where.

"Hey, do I know you? I feel like I've either seen you or met you or something," I ask Trevor.

"Well I was on the X-Factor a few years ago... and I have a YouTube channel with all these guys," he said gesturing around the table.

"Oh my gosh I so remember you! you were my favorite!!! You had so much spunk," I said giggling. He smiles at me, and oh lord his smile was absolutely dazzling. Then I remembered the last part he said. "You guys have a YouTube channel?" I ask.

"Yeah, it's called Our Second Life," Sam told me.

"That's really cool! Are you guys popular?" I ask. I realize that question was kind of rude... "Not that it matters," I add quickly. Ugh. I always say the stupidest things. I mentally face palm.

"No biggie." Connor replied. "I wouldn't say we're famous, but we have a pretty good fanbase." he says.

"How big is it?" I ask, taking a bite of my food.

"Umm almost 2 million..." he replies, almost embarrassed. I nearly spit my food out.

"Holy crap! That's insane! How do I not know you guys?!" I say, surprised at their popularity.

"I don't know... but it's nice to meet a girl that doesn't fangirl at you the moment they see you..." Trevor says looking directly into my eyes.

I give a small laugh, enchanted by his gaze. I didn't realize I was staring until Ricky said something.

"Um, hello?? We're trying to eat here." he said, making a gagging noise.

I feel my face go tomato red. It always does, even if I'm just the slightest bit embarrassed. I look down at my tray. I glance up and see Trevor has done the same.

"Awwwe, Trevvy and Rose gots little crushes!" Kian says. "I can see it now. Tose. Rover. Endless possibilities!"

"YUS!" Ricky exclaims. "Next trend on twitter!"

Ok. This is embarrassing.

After everyone finished their food, I got up and prepared to leave. I didn't want to, I liked my new friends, but I didn't want to seem to clingy.

"Okay, I'm gonna head out." I say, starting towards the door.

"Wait, no! We like you. You should hang out with us," Trevor says with a sweet smile.

"Yeah, we were planning on going to Starbucks then heading to the O2L house." Sam adds.

They all look at me, truly wanting me to stay with them for a while. So this is what it's like to feel wanted.

"Ok," I say with a smile, giving in.

They all get excited, smiling at my choice.

"This is gonna be the BEST DAY EVERRR!" Jc yells, getting odd looks from the workers.

And it was. I can honestly say I had the best day of my life.
