***Sam's POV***

I looked at her with disbelief. She was beautiful, how could she say that she wasn't special?! To be honest, I would never want to date her, just because we get along too well and I wouldn't wanna ruin our friendship... but seriously she is gonna make some guy happy one day, and I had a feeling that guy just might be Trevor.

I saw the way he looked at her... with awe, endearment, starstruck. I've never seen him act this way with anyone else. I've caught him multiple times staring- no, gaping at her while she wasn't looking. Then again, I have caught her doing the same thing.

"...Do you think I have a chance with Trevor, even if it is small?" she asked, hope in her eyes.

"Of course. He acts so different around you. Its like he's never seen another girl in his life," I say truthfully.

She blushed.

"Really?" she asked.

"ROSE. I am 100% sure he likes you." I say assuring her.

She just smiled at the sun, with her arms wrapped around her legs, her chin in her knees.

***Rose's POV***

Something good has finally occurred in my life. Actually, something wonderous. I felt like I was drifting weightless on a cloud. Trevor likes me. At least that's what Sam said.

I was brought out of my train of thought by a pair of cold, wet arms wrapping around my midsection.

Shit. Shit. SHIT.

This can't happen. My concealer will come off!

I quickly wriggle out of the grasp and turn to see who it was. Trevor. I played it off like I just didnt want to get wet, not that it was a problem.

"What?" Trevor said, smiling an innocent smile.

"You know what!" I giggle.

"Fine," he whines playfully. He wraps a towel around himself, drying off. Once he was dry, he slid his arms around me from behind.

"Better?" he asks, nuzzling his chin in the crook if my neck.

"NO PDA!!!" Ricky shouts at us, causing us to laugh.

We were all seated in a large circle in the sand, watching the sunset and chatting in smaller groups. Trevor was sitting next to me, with Sam on my other side.

Trevor turned to me.

"You wanna go for a walk?" he asks.

"Sure," I say. A walk with Trevor at sunset: aka the best thing ever.

***Trevor's POV***

I stand up, and offer her my hand.

She takes it, and I can't help but notice how soft and delicate she was. I help her up, then guide her away from the group, and start walking right where the waves gently touch your feet. I wrapped my arm around her waist, and she welcomed it there. Now was the time.

"Rose?" I ask, the nervousness showing through my voice as it cracks, causing her to giggle the most adorable laugh that I have come to love.

"Yes?"

"Umm.." come on Trevor. just spit it out. Grow a pair and ask her. "Do you like me?" I ask softly. Not as manly as I wanted to seem. At least I said it.

"Yeah..." she blushed. Her face was glowing in a beautiful sunkissed way. She smiled at the ground. God, I loved her. Wait, what?

"Um, well I was wondering.. if maybe you would wanna be my girlfriend?" I stopped walking, causing her to stop as well. "Rose, I have liked you since the moment I saw you. I can't help falling for you. You brighten any moment with you're beautiful smile. I just want to be able to call you mine." it all comes out in a rush.
