CH5: After Class

"So what if it's Elsa?" I blurted out, throwing my pocket knife and staff back behind the tree and leaned on the tree trunk casually.

"Oh my gosh Jack. Are you guys a thing now?" Punzie squealed with joy.

"No were not." I said sternly, as if to say I'm serious.

"Then why are you here? And why is she here? And why do you have her stuff?" Hiccup grinned.

"She wanted to skip class. She found this tree and hid here. I also wanted to skip school. I decided to go to the hangout. Big deal." I said casually yet nervously.

"You haven't answered the last question." Hiccup's grin grew wider.

"I.. I insisted." I blushed.

"Aww what a gentleman. Can't you be like that all the time?" Punzie cooed.

"Whatever." I said, annoyed.

"So.. did you know she would skip?" Punz just grinned.

"Wha-? No. Of course not." I made a nervous laugh after. It's true. I didn't know.

"Did you tell her to go here?" Hiccup grinned along with Punzie.

"What? Why would I do that? Of course not." I said again, a bit shocked why he would say that.

They just grinned mischievously at me. What is wrong with them? Gawd.

"Hey mates. What'd ay miss?" Mer came rushing to us. But before anyone said anything, she just grinned.

"So ye said it to her yet, mate?" Mer added.

"What?" I raised a brow.

"Have ye admitted yer love for her?" She added.

"Wha-? Why.. Why would I do that?" I chuckle nervously after.

The three of them just laughed. What did I do to deserve this?

"Just cut it out guys." I rolled my eyes.

"Fine fine" Hiccup said after regaining his breath. What was so funny about that?

"Thank you." I said sarcastically.

"Soo.." Punz voice drifted off. Then a brunette boy went up to us.

"Hi I'm Flynn Rider. Uhh, Rapunzel?" He said a bit nervously.

"Yea yea just let me say my goodbye." Punz said a bit pissed.

Flynn Rider, whoever he was, went farther and waited for Punzie there. Punzie, however, just grew angered.

"Who's he?" I grinned.

"My mom's making me date him. I guess she finds the hots for his dad or his family's rich." She said angered and rolled her eyes.

"Wow thats just.. that sucks." Mer replied.

"Yep. Anyways, bye guys. I'm heading home." Punz rolled her eyes.

"Aren't you supposed to date him?" Hiccup asked.

"I'm not going to.. I hate my step mom." Those were Punzie's last words before she really left.

"So, back to her.." Hiccup pointed to Elsa and grinned.

"Oh c'mon. Why do you even.." My voice trailed off in utter annoyance.

Then suddenly I heard a groan. I looked towards Mer and Hic and all they did was grin at me.
