Liara
Waking up from the nightmarish dreams, I sat straight up in bed. Looking around I didn't see the girl with the white hair and violet eyes anywhere. I was a little relieved but that didn't stop my heart from pounding in my chest. I felt a hand grasp my wrist and I immediately look to my side. I felt the blood rush from my head to my chest fast. I had thought it was someone else like the white hair and violet eyes girl.
Bentley was there watching me with cautious eyes. He seemed sad like they were seeing a new person before him. I half smiled but found I had no words to say. I laid beside him and sighed. I felt hyper but still tired. The dreams I had I hadn't ever dreamed before. It was dark in my head, everyone had changed.
They were covered in darkness. I didn't know what had come over my family and friends. Darkness clouded my thoughts a moment later and the images in my head faded in to darkness. My eyes fluttered and I fell into a dreamless sleep.
Bentley
When Liara woke up from sleeping and she looked over at me it was like she was a new person. The look in her eyes were afraid of me. I wondered what she had dreamed about this time, whatever sent her to sleep was a poison. She dreamed but I couldn't connect to her like I normally would have.
Before passing back out again she breathed mine and Brantley's name. I touched her skin and it was freezing cold. Scooting closer to Liara I breathed in her scent. It was intoxicating. Setting my head on top of hers I sighed, it was killing me to not be able to help her. Her breathing picked up a second later and I looked down at her. Liara's eyes were open again but looking around the room like there was something there. I bristled at the thought of something she could see but I couldn't. After a few moments of her tensing up and grabbing my shirt she calmed down.
"Are you alright now, Liara?" I asked when I gently pried her fingers from my shirt to my hand. She was still cold but slowly warming up.
Liara didn't say but looked over at me and half smiled. "I'm glad the dreaming stopped finally. I thought the normal nightmares I had were bad but nothing compared to the ones I was dreaming about a few moments ago." Liara whispered.
"Were you afraid of what you seen?" I asked. Liara looked around the room once more and only nodded her head. "That girl, she scares me. I've dreamed of her before but nothing compared to the way I seen her in person."
I stayed silent for a moment and set up in the bed looking down at her. I brushed her hair out of her face. Her blue eyes and light brown hair was so appealing to me. A thought crossed my mind and I had to ask.
"What do you mean you dreamt of her?"
"I've dreamed of this whole town before. The dreams started almost right after my father disappeared. I don't remember much of that night. It comes in little scenes but it's all blurry. When I lay down at night and sleep it's never really sleep it's nightmares."
"Have you ever dreamed of us, Brantley and I?"
"Mhm. That's why I said someone pinch me on my first day at school. I had seen you all before, ya know in here; she tapped her head then continued to speak.
"You and Brantley had literally stepped outside of my head and it was, well still is freaky to me."
Suddenly she grabbed my arm, "Please don't tell anyone. I sound like a crazy person."
"You don't sound crazy, you've had a lot happen to you." I whispered. I patted her hand and gave it a little squeeze.
"Maybe you're right. Still though it doesn't happen to normal people."
