Chapter 23 My Office

"Hey there lovebirds!"  It was Daniel, Sophie's cousin.
"Kanina pa kayo naglalampungan diyan." Sinabayan pa ng nakakalokong tawa.
"Shut up dude!"
Maya maya lumapit na rin ang mga kaibigan namin.
"Sophie, we are so excited to avail your complimentary."
Mga bruha talaga. Kahit kailan ang hihilig ng freebies. Money is never an issue to them.
"Heh! Sobrang kuripot nito. Kala niyo ikakabawas ng kayamanan nyo ang magagastos dito."
"Syempre avail namin ang benefits mo dito" tawang-tawa naman Ang grupo sa sinabi niya.
I just rolled my eyes.  This girl never fails to amuse me in her own way.  She is so sweet and adorable. "Avail it during our anniversary.  That would be our giveaways for you guys." I smiled sweetly.
"Well, pwede rin wedding giveaways."  She winked at me and everybody burst into laughter.  They are just so happy and excited to what our relationship is going.  Ako naman, sobrang pula ko na.  Nakakahiya talaga itong bibig ni Margie.  Sometimes, being her straight forward is not good.  I can't help but the awkwardness is started to consume me.  But the thought of us being married makes me excited.  But knowing Raphael is just around,  I suppressed such feeling.  I don't like him being pressured on issue like marriage.
"That would be nice."  napaangat ako ng tingin kay Raphael.  What is he talking about? Pero parang wala lang sa kanya.  He came closer to me and kissed me instead.
"Don't worry Marge I'll take that into consideration." They exchanged meaningful glances that made me curious about.
"Soph, we'll go ahead. I still have lunch meeting to catch up.  Congratulations to you both."  Joshua is managing his own business and also their family's company, manufacturing of canned goods.
"Sophie, we have our conference later this afternoon.  Well do teleconference with you at 2pm.  I'll just ring you, okay?"
"Sure Marge.  Ingat kayo.  Thank you for coming."
"We're as much excited as you are."  We parted ways after hugs and almost ever ending parting words.  They know it would take me time to see them again.  But having Raphael beside me makes me eagerly happy with the situation.

The second to the topmost floor is our office.  Adjacent to my office is that of Raphael, The CEO.  I can see my name on the wall beside the door.

Raphael opened the door for me. The modern type with sleek design office welcomes me. It has a floor to ceiling glass that adds elegance to the entire room. The lightings on the ceiling gives a warm atmosphere. So relaxing. It has green plants put in a corner near the window. Very elegant and modern. That's how I chose and designed my room. I felt so happy and excited to start my work here. Not bad after all.

"Welcome to Oregon Hotels. I am so happy that I am goona be working close to you baby. I love you so much"
He descended his head on me and gave me a passionate kiss.
His lips gracefully move against mine and it slowly consumed me. I held up to his nape to deepen the kiss. I want more of him when he is doing like this to me.
"I can't get enough of you babe." He said while brushing his lips to mine.
"Oh Raph. Baka may pumasok." I can't let him take me here. Gosh! I almost lost my control. He still hold me close and has no plan to let me go. We are in that kind of situation when our parents entered the room. I automatically pushed him away from me but to no avail. Looks like he is that confident even if our parents would see us this close. I can feel my face reddened. I wish this floor would swallow us whole. Nakakahiya pero itong mokong na ito, mukhang enjoy na enjoy pa in an unlikely situation we're having. samantala para ng kamatis na hinog ang mukha ko sa pagkapula. Urg!
