Chapter 33 Serenade

Sinalubong ako ni Raphael ng mahigpit na yakap pagkatuntong ko sa mini stage.
"I love you very much baby." He look at me with all of his love. Parang kaming dalawa lang ang tao sa mundo.
"I love you too". I tiptoed to give him a peck on the lips.
He smiled sweetly at me. Sabay naming narinig ang palakpak galing sa mga pamilya at mga kaibigan namin.
"I would like to share to you my song as I serenade the woman that captured my heart." Himawan naman ang mga pinsan niya.
"Don't be so gay Raphael!"
"Dammit galingan dude or else di na kita angkinin na pinsan!"
Puro tawanan ang maririnig sa crowd.  Some are cheering.
Paumailanlang namang tugtog ng banda.
Humarap sya akin.  He wiggled his brows while started to sing. I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE

Pumikit siya habang papitik pitik ng daliri niya sa microphone.  He really had a talent in singing.  His voice is soothing to the ears.

He hold my hand.  His stares is penetrating through my very soul.

"You are everything to me and I couldn't ask for more.  I love you so much baby." He kissed me with so much tenderness.  I really love this man.
We went down as the band continued playing songs.  Sinalubong kami nila Dad, mom, tita Sylvia and Tito Fred.  They hugged us.  Kanya-kanya emote sila mom at tita.  Natatawa naman sila Dad at Tito Fred.
Nung bumalik na kami sa table, lumapit na rin Ang mga kaibigan namin.  They extended their warm congratulations.

I took a month break from managing the hotel operations.  I need time for our upcoming wedding though may nakatoka nang wedding coordinator.   I want to check this on myself.  The preparation will only take for one month.  Since Raphael is very persistent that our wedding will be on the following month after his proposal,  di na lang ako tumutol.  Bigatin ang back up niya eh.  He has the approval of my parents, that's why.  Bakit pa daw patatagalin pa eh dun naman daw ang punta namin.  When they say money talks, it means everything is settled as scheduled. 
Inantay ko ngayon si Raphael for the food tasting and final fitting.  The food choices was actually served at our garden near the pool.  The perks of being rich and famous.  Mom requested for it. Ayaw niyang lalabas pa kami.  Pati couturier ay nasa bahay na rin.  We took the company of Cassandra and her friend to do the outfit of the whole entourage.  Sobrang bait niya kasi she accepted it in a very short notice.  Tulong-tulong na sila ng kaibigan niya.  Pati nga pinsan kong si Daniel kay nakuha na rin tumulong.  I don't have any idea how he could be of help to them.  Napapa good shot ata ang pinsan kong yun.
Tapos na akong mag fit kanina pagdating nila.  Nauna na nilang nasukatan sina Raphael at parents niya.  They are now heading to our house.  He took leave since today. 
I heard the door swung open.  Ang mga maids na ang nagbukas ng gate sa kanila.
Raphael immediately went to me.  Yumakap siya kaagad sa akin.  "I missed you baby."  while giving me a kiss.  His scent is so fresh and musky.
"Na miss din kita.  Kumusta?"
"Well, everything is fine.  I asked Daniel to take over for awhile.  Mukhang inspired eh kaya pumayag sa request ko."
"Kala ko nasa fashion house siya nila Cassandra?"
"Yun nga ang sabi niya.  Kaya I talked with her para mahiram muna si Daniel until our honeymoon next week.  Niloloko nga ni Cass eh.  Wala naman daw yung natulong dun kundi pangungulit Lang sa kanya.  Pero kinontra ni Cheska.  According to her, Daniel is a big help in the entire time na gumagawa sila ng job orders natin.  I think they're back together again."  Mahabang kwento niya.  Tahimik kasi si Daniel.  Masekreto pa sa buhay pag-ibig niya.  Si Raphael lang lagi napagsasabihan niya.
I noticed his parents' presence.  Kumawala ako sa mga braso ni Raphael. 
"Good evening po" I greeted them.  They both smiled at me.
"Good evening din iha.  Are we late?"  His mom asked.
Di na ako nakasagot kasi sinalubong agad sila nila dad at mom.  Ginayak niya sila papunta sa garden.
"Let's go."  Aya ko na kay Raphael.
Few minutes after,  dumating na ang mga kaibigan namin. 
"Hi titos and titas.  Makikikain lang po sana kami."  Malanding sabi ni Michael.  Sabay tawa ng iba pa naming kaibigan.na
Napuno ng tawanan ang aming naging dinner.  Sobrang enjoy na bawat isa lalo na't pina serve ni dad ang special wine niya.
