Chapter 27 The Plan

"Tito, it's time." I finally said it to Sophie's dad.  I've been waiting for this to happen. Yeah this is the right time.
"I would like to invite you and tita here at Oregon Hotel tomorrow night. Hope you could come po.  Everything is set.  Our friends helped me with the arrangement."  I can't hide my excitement.
"We'll be there." Maiksi ang naging sagot niya sa akin. Alam kong ayaw pa sana niyang pakasalan ko ang unica hija nila. Kaso di na ako makapag antay.  Dun din naman ang punta namin eh.

Sophie is now with her parents. She visited them sa pangungulit na rin ni tita. 
And here we are.  Free to proceed with our plans and put things in order.
"Dude have you talked to Margie about it?" I called Joshua instead of Margie.  I requested her for the  physical arrangement of the place.  Since they are into interior design, I know she can be of great help. 
"Yup dude.  Don't worry everything is set. All you have to do is make Sophie say yes". Sabay tawa nito.  Loko talaga!
"Shut up dickhead, bye!" Kahit kailan, walang ganang kausap ang lalaking ito.
Pagdating sa pagkain, I asked help from my cousin Via.  They almost have the same food interest so she can choose courses for us. 
I really can't do it myself kasi kinakabahan talaga ako.  This is new to me.  I used being wooed by women.  But they are nothing compared to my Sophie.
I went back to the rooftop of our hotel here in Tagaytay.  I want to do it here.  This place is really precious to me.  We built deeper relationship.  Enable us to know each other even more, as a business partner and as a person. 
I pressed button R which is the rooftop.  When I reached the place it's already set.  Grasses were all over the entire flooring,  bushes highlighted on every corners.  It's quite relaxing. 

This is what I wanted it to be.  Margie can really do magic like this. 
"So how do you find the place". She asked me.  There is something in this woman.  No wonder my bestfriend go crazy about her.  Just like me to my Sophie.
"Perfect! Thanks Marge.  I owe it to you." I smiled at her habang nakapamulsa ako.  Di talaga maiwasan makaramdam ng tension sa marinig mangyari mamaya.
"Nah.  Don't mention it.  Just make  her happy.  That's all."  Ngayon ko Lang syang narinig na mag seryoso.  Lagi kasi itong maloko.
"You know how she means to me Marge."
"Yeah right!" Tingnan mo 'to.  Kung kelan ako nag seryoso, saka naman niya ako niloloko.  Kawawa talaga ang kaibigan ko dito sa kanya.

I arranged lightings just above the place to add coziness of the ambiance.

I called my cousin via to confirm the food.  It will be served shortly after my proposal.  I have invited close family members and friends.  It will be our engagement party then.  "Don't worry Raph,  its already set.  Just make it good tonight."  She confirmed the food so with the wine.  "Siguraduhin mo lang yung matamis niyang OO ngayong gabi."
"Syempre naman!" with of full of conviction na sagot ko sa kanya.
This is going to be the best night of my life. Yeah!
