It was atleast 16 days since Lisa had first took the step of contacting Alex, which Jack did not want to class as 'two weeks and a bit' as Zack would say because that was inaccurate. And Jack was all for the accuracy lately. Like how It would take Alex 43 minutes and 10 seconds to get home that night, which was earlier than usual considering his new job involved late shifts. Jack didn't care much for Alex's reasoning this time round he just wanted to keep Alex next to him as long as he could tonight because he wouldn't be able to in the morning. You see Jack madly in love with Alex and Alex was in love with him too but said man's recent actions to do with Lisa lead him to other conclusions. He didn't understand how Alex had a 'grasp' on Lisa when Jack just saw her as a lost, desperate puppy, let alone a slut. Lisa fell under the catergory of ex's that would probably fake some sort of illness or disease or even pregnancy to get Alex back. So yes, definetly desperate. More than desperate but he wasn't sure if there was a term to fully cover what she was because her clothes didn't either. That made him chuckle and Alex quirk an eyebrow before pulling himself over to Jack's lap. "Whatcha thinking about?" He muffled from the food that was taking up the space in his mouth, Jack didn't respond until Alex was pressing his lips to his. Jack didn't mind the pickled onion taste the other boy had in his mouth because this was probably his last chance of a hot make-out.

After half an hour Jack was the first to pull away after Alex started to squirm before running as fast as he could to the toilet. Jack heard the sigh of relief that escaped Alex's lips once he began to 'do his business' and used the time to gather his thoughts on what to say next. When Alex came thudding down each and every step, face lit up like a child had been told they're going to Disney Land, Jack took several deep breaths. Alex just awkwardly laughed and told him 'I don't like your frumpy face' reaching a hand out to smoothly stroke it but Jack retracted his simple act of affection and dismissed it, parting him from the other man, pleading for him to not touch him. It took Alex a good few minutes to calm down and allow Jack to speak. "How many times have you seen Lisa recently?" Jack spoke a little too fast but Alex understood loud and clear. "How recen-" "People like me don't want you to be nice, they want you to be real and honestly, nothing could be more fake than Lisa right now." Alex was taken back by the sudden mention of Lisa signalled for Jack to continue, "So you need to decide." There were times when Alex couldn't stop speaking, a million words leaving his lips. A million words that mean nothing. But when he wanted to say something he deeply meant, there was simply no way to let them free. No way for his brain to functionally carry out the simply action of speech.

So when Jack followed up his recent sentence he asked, "Me or Lisa?" Alex said nothing, he just started crying before pulling on Jack's shirt begging for him not to leave. Jack cried, of course he did, he'd cried for the past 16 days 18 minutes and 32 seconds of Lisa being in the area, around Alex but now he needed to leave. He wanted Alex to cry for weeks on end, he wanted Alex to suffer as he had and he was sure he would. Jack left Alex with five words, five words Alex would later pry off of and constantly run through his mind to stimulate the meaning. "You're still my Blink, always."
