Just a few more chapters guys!!!
_____________
When I awoke I was back in my own body..in my own self. Except Yelix was no longer with me … and I was no longer in the valley…. Or was I?
I looked around to see myself in a valley/cave that was clearly underground. It was almost an exact replica of the valley above me but it was darker. The flowers were quiet. It seemed gloomier except it had power. It was surging with magic that made me feel as if I could do anything. It felt as if I was stronger than all. I smirked but quickly lost the though knowing what I was supposed to be doing. Not thinking of dumb stuff, Anya.
The stream was silver and sparkled in the light unlike the purple one above. It looked at it a moment longer. It shined in the light…. The blue light. BLUE LIGHT!! NOT GLOW!! I about jumped for joy as I turned to see that all around me in the grass were blue glowing stones of various sizes and shapes scattered all around. I could feel their magic. I knew these were moonstones. THIS was the valley of the moon. I smiled happily as I picked one up.
Just as soon as my hand touched it I heard a voice.
“Anya” it called in a whisper like song.
I looked around trying to find its source. I strongly hoped not to find an annoying little frog this time.
I heard a chuckle in the wind. “No child, I am not a frog, not at all. I can be though, if it makes thou more comfortable.” The voice offered. It sounded like bells, like music, it made me smile aginst my will. I did not like that.
“If thou does not liketh it then thou can just wish it away , child. Though I strongly believe you do liketh it, for if you did not you would not experience it” The voice told me. I spun around trying to find it.
What did it mean?
“Thou have the power to stop the feeling but I strongly think thou wants some excuse to smile” The voice sang to me answering my unspoken though.
Perhaps she was right, wait was she reading my mind??
“Yes I am child, but it would be so much simpler if you would address me out loud.” She told me.
“Only if you show yourself!” I shouted out loud.
“Thou only had to ask child.” She sang to me as a blue and silvery figure formed in front of me. She was beautiful, making me partiality glad Yinlel was not here. Her silvery hair flowed down her body and to the ground in a loose braid. There were speckled purple flowers in her hair. Her skin was a pale blue and looked flawlessly smooth and seems to sparkle in the light of the moonstones. Her full lips were silver and formed a smile as her percing green eyes looked at me softly.
“do not worry child, Thy Yinlel would not give a second look at me with thou stand right here, he is love struck child, he has only eyes for you.” She told me in her soft velvety voice.
“You know Yinlel?? Where is her?! Is he ok?!” I asked her my voice desperate and my eyes pleading.
“Shhhh quiet child, I will show Thou Yinlel later.” She chimed as she stepped to me.
I think I wanted to walk away from her. But I could not; something held me in place where I was as she came closer. She laid her hand on my cheek cupping my face in her hands as if I were a small child.
“Ahh I have been waiting for this moment for forever dear child.” The woman said.
“What moment?” I asked her skeptically.
“The moment someone would find my valley here. I have waited longer than most can imagine. I have waited forever for the only one strong enough, I have waited for the chosen, I have waited for you Anya” She told me.
