I looked at Kane. I knew he was strong. But he wasn't gonna beat me. I have to win. But I can't do it with my magic. I will not use my magic. I won't. I growled then held my fists up.
"You really are hellbent on not usin your powers huh? Fine." He grinned. A sudden flash of light exploded from his hands blinding me. It was like someone took a flash bang from a video game and shoved two in my eye sockets and my ears rang loudly as if someone busted my ear drums. I couldn't see or hear. But I could feel.
I felt his fist crash against my jaw on my right side. My head swung to the side, the sheer force rattled my brain. Then I bent over after feeling another punch crash into my gut.
"Gah!" I felt the wind be forced from my body, but I knew what he was doing. I knew instantly what I had to do. I quickly defended my face and caught a fast flying knee that would've probably ended this fight quickly. I growled as my eyesight blurred but slowly came back. I quickly forced his foot down bringing him down on one knee. The one I held standing. I quickly and with all my might punched the side of his knee.
"AH! You mother fucker!" He pointed his palms towards me and two beams of light flew from his hands, sending me flying backwards. I couldn't feel the heat. But it burned. It burned my skin, deep. My body was practically caramelizing. I growled and pushed off the wall the beams held me against. I slowly trudged and pushed myself towards him.
I felt myself becoming more and more angry. The fact that he was winning pissed me off. I couldn't help it. I tried to hard to do this. I beat Ruby. I'm not going to lose to him. I can't!
My fist became surrounded by shadow. My eyes locked onto Kane. I launched my fist at him, shadows erupted from it as if it were one of his beams of light, launching him straight into the air. He smashed against the top of the barrier, but as he fell I slowly became dizzy, and fell just as he landed. We laid on the ground unconscious. A few moments later Mr. Kamata rang the bell and we both gasped for air as our wounds became healed.
"W-WHAT HAPPENED?! Who won?!" Mr. Kamata looked at us both after I asked him so frantically.
"It looked like a tie to me." Some of the class looked at him as if he were insane.
     "Kane obviously won!"
"That vampire kid was knocked out first!"
"I believe Xavier and Kane both did well. It was short, but quite interesting." Mr. Kamata stared at me as he said 'interesting.' As if I peaked his interest or something.
~He's my next opponent... What am I going to do?~
