It was the day that you and the Mikaelson's were leaving well actually they had a fight and know it was just you and Klaus but you didn't mind. You were excited for a new adventure that wouldn't have you in danger, however the universe couldn't make it this easy for you.
"(Y/n)?" Caroline questions you look up from leaving the door with one of your packed bags surprised as the whole Scooby-doo gang are at your house looking at you.
"I told them" is all that Damon says and you know exactly what he's talking about
"(Y/n) how could you?" Elena questions
"How could I what Elena?" You bite back, no longer will you let them control you and walk all over you. Ever since your birthday night 2 days ago with Klaus you have gotten back your confidence and happiness just by being around the hybrid.
"How-" you cut her off.
"How could I talk with a guy who loves me and protects me? Who doesn't put me in danger and uses me for his own personal gain or safety?" they're speechless, never have you cut off anyone of them let alone Elena the 'group leader'.
"Let me ask you Elena, how could you sleep with Damon while we were still in a relationship?" Every one of them gasps, shocked that goody two shoes Elena would do something like that. A car's engine breaks the glare that you have with Elena and the silence within the group. Klaus pulls up outside your house and seems to rush towards you within a blink of an eye and once you feel his protective grip around your waist. You smile towards Klaus when you notice the grip, however his stare was on the group of people that hurt you.
"Love what are they doing here?" he questions with a slight menacing growl.
"Don't know, don't care" is your reply with a kiss upon the cheek, he seems to snap out of whatever protective mode he was in, to smile down at you. He grabs your bag from you to put it in the car.
"Is this all of the stuff that you're bringing love?"
"No I have one more bag in the house"
"Wait stuff? Where are you going?" you almost forgot that other people were there besides you and Klaus. Klaus walks past you towards your house to get the other bag giving you a cheeky wink and kiss before entering the house.
"Yeah stuff I'm going with Klaus to New Orleans,"
"Not that it's any of your business" Klaus continues when he comes back with your last bag and closes the door, walking over to you and interlacing your hands together.
"We really hurt you didn't we (y/n)?" Bonnie questions with a more sympathetic look on his face.
"Yeah you did, but now I'm moving on, have fun getting almost killed" you answer and pull Klaus along with your still connected hands towards his car leaving the group behind to start a new life with your boyfriend, the hybrid himself, Klaus Mikaelson.
