Time Can Mess Things Up

PART III

Kongpop wake up as his alarm clock rings loudly inside his room. He stops the alarm and clutches his head in pain.

'Damn ugly hangover!! ' He thought while rubbing his forehead and opened the drawer of the table near the bed and looks for hangover pills.

'What are these rubbish doing here?' Kongpop thought in confusion as he saw his school days mini notes, photo etc.

He looks up around the room in confusion and then jump of the bed in shock.

'How did I end up at my old bedroom?' Kongpop pinched himself to make sure he is not dreaming and tries to recall last night event.

"I went out to drink with others and after that we return......... We had accident!! I remember I was badly injured but there is no trace of incident" Kongpop checked his body but found no wounds and cut.

"Was it all dream?" Kong whispers in confusion.

"Kong! are you awake? Come down for breakfast!" Kong's mother shouted from the kitchen.

"Yes mom!"

He went inside the bathroom and took bath and then brush his teeth. After taking bath, he came outside the bathroom and started dressing.

In The Dinning Room

"Morning Mom" Kongpop greets his mother and sits beside her. He noticed that his mother looked younger but decide not to say it loud in fear to face his mother's wrath.

Both mother and son were having their breakfast in silence when Kongpop decided to ask his mother about the question which is bugging him since morning.

"Um.. Mom how did I end up here last night?" Kong's mother looked at son weirdly.

"What do you mean by that Kong? If you have forgotten then I would remind that you have been living in this house since you were a kid"

"I know that mom but after moving out with P, I barely had time to visit you let alone spend night here" Kongpop said

"Kong are you alright? You're not making any sense"

"What do you mean I'm not making sense? After graduation I moved out with P......" Kongpop's mom stops Kongpop and spoke.

"Ah! I got it! got it! Doctor said something about you having illusions because of such a high fever you had for these few days. Oh boy I'm worried about you! how you will manage alone in college?" Kongpop's mother said worryingly as she touched Kong's forehead to check his temperature.

"College? Mom I already graduated 4 year ago" Kongpop shouted in annoyance.

"It's fine! Mama is not angry with you! Mama knows that you are confuse. Go to you room and rest"

"But mom" Kongpop tried to speak but held his head as it started paining.

"Not but son! Go and rest! I will call the doctor" kongpop went to his room in anger and screams as shut his door.

"What's happening!! Why is mom behaving weird!! I should call P" Kongpop took his phone which was on the bed and search for Arthit's number.

"Where is P' number? Did I delete it by mistake?" that's when he noticed all his other contacts were missing too.

"Wad, Tew Rome P'Knot, P'Prem. Every one's number is also missing!! Did my phone got formated?" Kongpop threw the phone on bed and lay down.

"Did I really went in past?" Kongpop chuckles on his own words and drift into sleep. He woke up when he felt someone touching his forehead and checking his pulse.
