I miss your warm smile that fills my heart with a feeling I can't describe, making it swell to the point were it would surely break.
I miss your bubbly laughter, equivalent to the harmonious sounds of all birds, making me wish to hear it more.
I long for your caring embrace, that one which protects me from things I can't imagine, that one that shields me.
I long for your many acts of love, filling my heart, filling my dresser, filling my plate, filling in the you-shaped hole in my mind.
I want to be in your presence, your aura of affection towards me, as it glows with the radiance that is also within you.

I miss you, Mom.
I long for you, Mom.
I want you, Mom.
I love you, Mom.
