Y/n's Pov I woke up and Lauren was gone, I grabbed the toothbrush that I always carry and some toothpaste, I walked up to the bathroom there and checked if there was water, it was just a few drops so I grabbed a water bottle and used it to wash up. I ran downstairs and Jeff was making breakfast. "Sup man, I'm gonna check the water tower there." I said as I checked out the window. I saw Alex chopping some wood.
"Y/n! Can you help me reinforce the fence?" He asked and I nodded.
"Help me check the water first? It'll be quick." And he agreed.
"I saw some clothes down in the basement, maybe we could have an upgrade?" He asked and I laughed.
"What did you find? Grandpa clothes?" He shook his head.
"The owner was an army guy." I stopped.
"Well shit aight, after we check in the water we reinforce the fence and shower." I said giving him a fist bump. We saw a rotting body next to the water tower.
"Dude are we going to kill it?" I asked.
"But it's a kid...I don't know If I have the courage to do that." He said. "Well...it's not really a kid anymore, you have to do it before it kills us man." I said and I sighed.
"Why me though?" He asked.
"I don't have my weapons." I said and he went for it. "Let's get this shit over with." He said and the water started going, we went back inside as we closed the gate.
"We got water!" I screamed and everyone ran to the bathroom, Alex and I reinforced the fence.
"Y/n, Dinah told me about Lauren." He said and I tensed up but kept on fixing the fence.
"What did she say?" I asked and he smirked.
"Boi stop acting like you don't know! You fuckin smashed back in the woods!" He said and I punched his arm.
"Bro shut up, also we didn't smash, we just kissed." I said.
"But like...what are you going to do? Tiera is all over you and so is Lauren, Camila hasn't really been as interested tho, she's probably scared to be slapped with some type of meat." As he said that I cracked up laughing, he was looking at me weirdly then he slowly started smiling.
"Holy fuck! AHAHAHHAHAHA that's not what I meant you shit head!" He said and I dried up the tears.
"Alright theeeeen!" I said still laughing.
After blocking the area we went to the basement to check the clothes. I grabbed the new pair of boxers still with the tag, I went to another luggage and saw sports bra, I grabbed the clothes and went to shower.
