Enthusiastic
Thrilled
He couldn't identity which of the three was the more superior feeling at the moment. He couldn't wrap his head around the that he was going to be a father.
He knew that having a child was a big responsibility. Though, he didn't have any problem with giving a life that the child badly needs since he is a well-known producer of Careless PH. They weren't even married yet, but the instant feeling that he felt while those words coming out from her mouth,
"James, I'm pregnant,"
These soft and heavy words made him startled, enthusiastic and thrilled at the same time. Joy, because he has dreamt of being a father in the future and now his dream was coming true. Excited, that after the day he received the news, he instantly went to different baby sites to buy cute baby clothes.
"Are you sure?"
She nodded, tears already forming on the corner of her eyes, "Y-yes, James."
James hugged her tightly, before kissing her forehead, "I can't believe that this is actually happening. Woow, we're finally having a baby, babe!" A loop-side grin plastered on his face.
"Honestly, I wasn't expecting that you would take it well. I was really nervous that you won't like the idea of having a child right now,"
"Are you kidding me? I'm thrilled that we're going to be parents! I love you so much, baby" James kissed her tears away before enveloping her into a tight hug.
"I love you too,"
Everything was just perfect.

"Mate, I am so happy for you and Julianne." Ivan grinned, patting James' back as a form of congratulatory.
The squad were in their usual turf in Circuit Makati, celebrating James' farewell party. He was seated with his friends, drinking as he half-listened to Jude's story about a woman he met in his Cebu trip. James look over his shoulder and caught a glimpse of his best friend, Nadine with his sister and Mika who were chatting away and giggling from the corner of the room. A soft smile crossed his lips.
She looked stunning as always.
Bret caught his best friend's focus elsewhere, smirked and elbowed him to gain his attention.
He snapped back in reality and averted his attention back to his friends who were apparently asking about the plans for the baby, "Yeah, we're really excited about it. I already called in an Interior Designer for the baby room,"
"Wow, you're really that excited, huh? The fact that Julianne is only three weeks pregnant," Sam teased
"We want everything perfectly planned out before the baby comes out,"
Enrique nodded, "Mate, don't forget about us, okay? I know that you are going to be busy in New York because of the non-stop demands of your new boss, but do make time to hit us up," He said, almost whinning
James laughed, "Don't worry, I won't,"
"C'mon Enrique, you're acting like your James' girlfriend now!" Ivan guffawed
Nadine suddenly walked over them, smiling softly, "Hey guys, I'm going to head out early. Paulo called,"
"Wait, are you guys back together again?" Ivan scratched his head in confusion, "Ang gulo niyo ha,"
