A week had gone by, and it was the day before we had planned to set off our trap for the wolves, it wasn't until now that it finally sank in, the gravity of what we were planning to do, the wolves would have no qualms about taking others lives, I, on the other hand, did.
We had worked out some finite details, Sky filled out the paper work and got the climbing gear in less time than he thought, he, Cloud, Noah, and Jess all went through several practice runs, all of which went smoothly, surprisingly to everyone, we got the okay from the doctor, though, Tom did insist that once Jess got to the branch, she wore a belt just under her breasts, and around where her knees are to keep her firmly secured to the tree, she thought he was being ridiculous, but I think she's not gonna push her luck on this one.
Bell, Noah, Ed and I, after class all decided to go on a run of our own, with me in my animal form, taking the place of Silverstein and the other 2, Noah sat up in the tree and Ed watched from the roof of the campus with a pair of binoculars, when the time comes to set our plan into action, with all our practice runs, hopefully, we can pull this off with out any casualties.... on our side anyway.
During our practice round with Bell, Ed, Noah and I, I walked along the path that Bell was going to take, hopefully, leading the Wolves to the area where Jess will be laying in wait, though in this case, it was Noah, Bell played herself, running as fast as she could as I chased after her.
A potential problem that we could run into, is that the wolves out run her, that is where I come in if any situation such as that is to arise, but for now I chased after her, giving her a fair pace ahead, we got to the clearing and she disappeared around a tree, as I stood there looking up at Noah, he fired a blueberry out of a paintball gun, hitting me right in between the eyes, squishing into a pile of goo on my face "jerk".
Play by play of the plan, starts off at the apartment, everyone is going to gather there and we all split off later on, Sky is going to pick up Bell and drive her to the police station, wearing the wolves claw, she's going to go in nonchalantly, acting like nothing's going on and she's just picking something up for Jess, she's going to silently (hopefully) antagonize the 2 other pack members, then pick a face-to-face fight with Silverstein, who, we hope, will be in the office.
Then if all goes to plan, and they follow her out, Sky is going to be right there, she's going to wait outside the car until, hopefully, they come out, when they do, she will probably do something along the lines of flipping them the bird, piss them off more, she's going to make a scene about getting in Sky's car, if they approach she's going to jump in and Sky is gonna put the peddle to the metal, this plan revolves around him not turning off his engine, which for sky, is no problem, I digress.
Being a personal matter to Silverstein, it's highly unlikely he's going to get the police involved, with Bells motivation, he's probably going to be out for her blood, but for this plan to work, that's what we're counting on, if he sits out an APB on Sky's car, we could be in trouble, but I doubt he wants to get them involved in case his secret comes out, if they follow without any other officers, Sky is going to take the main highway, driving at legal speeds until he gets onto the back roads, leading to campus, and then he's going to start drag racing.
At the school, Tom, Ed, and Mark will all be waiting on the roof, looking out over the forest with a two way radio, Jess having the other, Ed will keep an eye out for Sky, Bell and Silverstein, and let Jess know when he seen them, at this point Jess is already in the tree, Tom, having no experience with a gun or hand to hand combat, is strictly there in case of emergency, first aid kit in hand, Tom is our reassurance in case anything goes wrong, in case anyone gets hurt, it's always good to have a medical professional on hand.
