Chapter 4:

*******Brooklyn POV*********

"You'll be coming along with Sandra later, alright?" Louis repeated for the third time, looking over at the blonde lady who rolled her eyes at the boy.

"Lou, you've only told her a thousand times. Don't worry, I won't leave her behind." She teased, which made me laugh.

"I know.. I just don't like the thought of leaving her alone." Louis frowned as Harry threw a reassuring arm around the older boy's shoulder.

"Lou! I'm fifte-" I caught myself last minute, blushing a tiny bit. "Eighteen. I can handle myself. Even in this stupid thing." I looked down bitterly at the wheelchair I was trapped in.

"Boys! Time to go!" Paul yelled from the otherside of the lobby. Liam and Zayn headed out almost immediately. Niall sent a lingering glance in my direction along with a smile, before following along.

"Call or text if you need anything. You have your US phone, so call any of us." Louis rambled.  Harry made a few faces as he lugged the other boy away. I laughed and waved as they left. Once they were gone, I looked up and smiled at Sandra. I felt slightly awkward being alone with someone I didn't necessarily know, but I knew Lou and the others had to go get ready for their concert. It was a small thing, they told me. I knew it was outside, so I was assuming it was going to be a very small, intimate concert in a gazebo or something.

"Well, I thought Louis was never going to leave!" Sandra winked, and I felt a little more comfortable with the thirty year old who seemed full of life. "Do you want to finish getting ready?"

"That would be great. I'm still in pajamas." I laughed as I looked down. She laughed along as she pushed me back into the elevator. It was quiet for the short ride up to our floor. She wheeled me into my room.

"Do you need any help with anything?" She offered.

"I might need some help getting jean shorts over this massive thing." Was my response as I gestured down to the cast that covered my leg.

Thirty minutes later, and a lot of help from Sandra, I was reading to go. I was donning jean shorts, a loose pink tank top, and grey converse. According to Sandra it was absolutely hot out, and the less clothes the better. I braided my long brownish blonde hair onto the side, clipping it with a sparkly pin I had found. I had gone extremely light on the makeup. Just a little bit of coverup and mascara. I had my brother's popping blue eyes, although they occasionally (depending on the light) looked green. People could always tell Louis and I were related by our eyebrows and our eyes.
