[FAST FOREWARD TO HOMETIME]

[JI RYEONG POV]

"Yoboseyo?" I heard my brother's voice flow out from ny cell phone.

"It's me, Min Woo!" I replied, trying to keep my voice even.

"Of course I know! You're contact's saved in my list!" Min Woo laughed. "By the way, how come you're voice is shaky? It's like you've seen a ghost, no offense." Oops. Better have practice on that shaky thingy.

"That's why I called you," I told the truth. "Brother, Rapmon's seriously injured so BTS and I'll visit him in the hospital now so I might be a little late. Is that fine with you?"

"Sure!" Min Woo replied. "I already trust them seven boys anyway."

"You do?" I was shocked. I thought he didn't trust them! Weird... But maybe he trusted Jung Kook and the chain flew to the others, that's my theory.

"Yep," Min woo said, sounding happy. "Did you give the letter to the supervisor?" One more thing, if students are going with each other somewhere after school, they aren't allowed to go home until they give a letter specifying just that. Crazy rule, ain't it?

"Yeah, I did," I replied.

"Good girl. Have fun!"

"Okay then... bye!"

"Bye kiddo!"

With that, he hung up.

I removed my communication headphones and looked around. The busy area of students near the main gate had now become less lively, and BTS and I remained. Su Ga had gone early to stay with Rapmon in the hospital. Sometimes, he's just showing his care automatically. Anyways, I had given the letter to the supervisor and she said that I'm allowed to go. That was a big relief for me.

"Hello." A student stood in front of me. His voice was in a low whisper but I was able to catch what he said. I couldn't see his face because he had his hoodie over his head and its shadow hid his expressions. "May I talk to you for a sec?"

"Uh..." I glanced over at BTS, who were in the basketball court playing in their ferocious style. Maybe... "Okay."

"Follow me," said the boy. He took me to the locker room inside the building and took off his hoodie. I could finally see him clearly. His red cheeks, dark eyes, fair skin, all came into visibility. He grinned.

"Do you know a guy called Cho Kyu Hyun?" he asked. I frowned. Why would he mention someone horrible like him? This guy could be a buddy of his.

"Yeah. So?" I replied.

"He's my brother ya know," he said, rubbing the back of his neck. "And they tell ya some really stupid stuff for ya ta do instead of doing it themselves."

"Is that related to what you called me for?" I asked.

"Yeah. Kyu Hyun told me to tell you that—" He had no time to finish the sentence because he burst out rolling-on-the-ground-laughing-out-loud. I could do nothing but stare at his immaturity.

"Tell me what?" This is getting really confusing. Perhaps he took it too lightly.

"He wanted you to know that he likes you and if you pretend to like him then he'll go hell crazy!"

I froze.

What did he say? Kyu Hyun likes me? A problem that arises quicker than expected. I remembered Dong Woon or Sung Jae saying that these come out of nowhere. But later Jin gave me advice if I didn't know any person, I should immediately refuse their requests or whatever they wanna ask.

So I guess I know what to do in this case.

"No."

The single word stopped the boy's laughter at once, and he stood up, wearing a look of deceit in his eyes.

"No?" he repeated.

"Exactly. No." I said firmly. He frowned. "Besides, I don't even know you! You can't ask me to do something and if you try, you can't make me. Understand?!"

"Wow, you seem to be strong for a hot girl like you, eh?" The boy was now standing and advancing on me, a serious expression on his face. I tried to back off a little, but within a step, my back hit the locker door. Realizing that I was trapped, I could only glare at the boy, whose face was getting closer to mine, as if he were about to kiss me...

[Sorry if i made the chapter a little shorter than i normally do! I just wanted to create some suspense in the story! Stay tuned for the next chapter and see Jin's reaction to the kissing of Max and Ji Ryeong! Imma make it a little dramatic~]
