Chapter 5: Arron's Stay
[Day 2 of Arron's Stay]
(Arron and Hebe are walking in the school halls talking. Calvin sees them and runs up to them. Arron sees Calvin and turns to him.)
Arron: Hey Calvin!
Calvin: Hey!
Hebe: So, what do you think?
(Arron turns his attention back to Hebe.)
Arron: I think it's a good idea, but...I don't know.
Hebe: What do you mean? It's a great idea.
Arron: (laughs) It is, but I don't think it'll work.
Hebe: Did you ask your dad? You should, you know.
Arron: Ok, I'll ask him tonight.
Hebe: Good. Now, here's another thing.
Arron: Another?
(Arron and Hebe are talking leaving Calvin out.)
Calvin: (loudly) Hey! I'm still here you know?
(Hebe and Arron turns to face Calvin.)
Hebe: Why?
Calvin: What?
Arron: Sorry.
Hebe: (to Arron) As I was saying...
Calvin: I'm not invisible!
Hebe: (ignoring Calvin) Maybe you should have your dad....
Calvin: (mad) Hey!
Arron: Sorry Calvin. We were talking about...
Hebe: He doesn't need to know.
(Hebe grabs Arron's arm and starts leading him away.)
Hebe: You should have your dad do it where the girl is out looking for the guy.
(Hebe and Arron walks away talking. Calvin is left behind to glare at Hebe.)
[Day 3 of Arron's Stay]
(Arron and Hebe are at Hebe's house. Hebe is dressed in pretty clothes. They are walking outside talking.)
Hebe: Why are you only staying for a week?
Arron: Because my dad is only here for a week. Plus, I have to go back to my school.
Hebe: Yeah, I guess you do.
Arron: Why are you still dressing yourself as an ugly girl at school?
Hebe: (laughs) Because I like to. Is something wrong with me dressing ugly?
Arron: Of course! (teasing) You're not letting everyone see just how ugly you really are!
(Hebe hits Arron's arm and then they both laugh. Calvin and Selina comes and sees them laughing. Calvin suddenly looks angry. They walk up to Hebe and Arron.)
Arron: Hey!
Selina: Hey!
Calvin: (grumpy) Hi.
Hebe: Selina, what are you doing here for?
Selina: (looks at Calvin) He dragged me along.
Arron: Calvin, why are you here?
Calvin: Why can't I be here?
Hebe: (Arron) His dad told him to come and visit our house.
Arron: Oh, I see. (laughs) I thought he was here because he wanted to see you more.
